The food is fantastic. Fresh, fast, and quality. Nice sized portions, however, a little bit on the pricier side. $30+ for 2 burritos plus $7 for two 20oz sodas seems a bit like overkill, but man, is it delicious!!

The only reason why the food is receiving a 2 star is the tortilla is fresh, however between the carnitas and the toppings… very disappointed. This is my first time coming here, after trying chipotle, qdoba, and Moe’s. This was bottom tier. The carnitas have no flavor and are very dry, I ordered queso and thankfully I don’t see it charged on my receipt but it was 100% water down so bad that it was leaking from my burrito. They charge you for extra sour cream but give you the smallest amount, the corn salsa was very good but aside from salsas and mild sauces there is NO vegetation. No cilantro, onions, etc. I felt it was very expensive for what you get. The service was nice however. I will never be back to this franchise, I can only hope one day the menu shows a more diverse topping choice, and more flavorful meat with the price they ask.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls from Pancheros for around 30$ from Ubereats. The order was missing multiple items. Basically they gave us two bowls of salad and the portion was small. Called Pancheros over the phone and they said they can't do refunds to Ubereats. Complained to Ubereats and they refunded 2$. Basically stinky experience. Neither restaurant or the app took responsibility. After that haven't ordered from this place

I actually walked in and walked right out. It has a very similar Chipotle type vibe. I was looking for authentic Mexican food not a build a burrito assembly line!
I didnt come here to be treated like a princess, i came here for a good comforting burrito, and that's exactly what I got. The employees aren't rainbows and sunshine but I wouldnt be either if I had to provide quality food while rushing through a line of a million impatient customers. Be patient, more importantly, be kind, regardless if you think they are happy. Its worth the wait, and worth the price. I'll definitely be back for another comfort burrito.
P.S download the app and you get 50% off an entree. As a couponer/cheap a$$ it just makes the food taste better. Not a paid advertisement, i just really love food deals.

I never leave reviews. But I feel this restaurant is the exception for me. I was highly impressed with the service and the politeness of the ladies behind the counter. Not to mention the food! They make their tortillas from scratch right in front of you. Then you can add what you want. From as little to as much. Wonderful job ladies!!! I will drive the 40 minutes to see you again! Highly recommend everyone visit this place.

This place has gone down so bad it’s an unfortunate thing to witness. We can start off with the salad bowls they came are salad. They used to give nice pieces of Roman & now it’s shredded iceberg…. Secondly all of the staff are non speaking English. You don’t get a hello, hi, how are you, have a nice day. They don’t communicate nothing to you besides your total. Absolutely so sad.
