We waited forever for our food on a random Monday night. It wasn’t overly busy but they seemed completely overwhelmed . We wanted a quick stop on our trip and ended up wasting almost an hour. Skip it and head pretty much anywhere else.

I dined in at Panera Bread for the first time last month. While their drinks are on par with Starbucks, and their food was tasty, I seemed to be paying a lot of money for very small portions. On the day I was there there was no ice for drinks. I might use them to cater a party but I'm not going to be visiting here often.

Female cashier taking our order could not get it correct. I patiently repeated it until she did. She then went to make the drinks but she had nonodea how to make them. We ordered a hot vanilla latte, an iced vanilla latte, and an iced Chai latte with cold foam. Neither latte had espresso in it and the iced one had whipped cream. The Chai didn't have cold foam because they don't even offer that. She said they did at the register. The manager saw the girl struggling with making the drinks but did not assist her at all. I finally walked out of there with 3 drinks that were all wrong. Worst Panera experience of my life.

We’ll service is none because you are the one getting the food from the counter they recently decreased portions and increased prices so thats bad still tasty tho atmosphere is like a futuristic barn or something overall worth it
Vegetarian options: Lots of salad options im not a vegetarian so idk
Parking: Normal free parking as usual
Kid-friendliness: They are friendly to kids so yea
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrances no automatic doors but you can manage

I can't believe how much Panera has declined. It's a sad shadow of its former self.
You used to be able to get a decent meal here, even if it was comparatively pricey. Now the portion sizes have more than halved from what they used to be. Pathetically tiny salads. Sloppy sandwiches that fall apart.
The service has plummeted as well. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for my order, and they still haven't even started it yet. 30+orders still in queue ahead of me. Their staffing is just as paltry as the portions.
This will be my last visit to Panera, unfortunately.
