Old and dirty. Food isn't as good as it used to be. Staff is indifferent.

I can't believe how much Panera has declined. It's a sad shadow of its former self.
You used to be able to get a decent meal here, even if it was comparatively pricey. Now the portion sizes have more than halved from what they used to be. Pathetically tiny salads. Sloppy sandwiches that fall apart.
The service has plummeted as well. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for my order, and they still haven't even started it yet. 30+orders still in queue ahead of me. Their staffing is just as paltry as the portions.
This will be my last visit to Panera, unfortunately.

I recently visited Panera Bread and enjoyed a pleasant meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a nice place to relax. The menu offers a wide variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches. I appreciated the friendly service and efficient ordering process. Overall, Panera Bread is a great choice for a casual and satisfying meal.

Let me tell you that if you decide to go to Panera Bread for anything. You better bring a big check with you. We had a bowl of soup, a cup of soup. One sandwich and the bill was $23. And that was with nothing to drink. The soup was cold. You have to go and keep it yourself and then try and walk around holding a hot bowl of soup back to your table. They gave us a plastic spoon to eat with which I ask for a regular spoon. The prices are outrageous. You leave hungry. The bowl of soup, which was actually 3 ladles full of soup, was almost $8 along with the cup of soup. That was $6.99 and a sandwich that was 750 mind you, that was without any drinks, just water. All I can say is I used up my last gift card that someone gave me and I will not be going there again
