Nothing to complain about. Staff was very young, very friendly, very professional. Great experience. It's a shame they're trying to normalize tips just so these poor kids can make a decent buck. Corporate greed strikes again. There, I found something to complain about after all. 🙂

Checkout the pictures. The 1st picture is what I ordered from the app. Notice the nice cup of dipping soup and the 2 pieces Chicken Pesto Ciabatta sandwichea. Then checkout the second and third pictures. Definitely a bait and switch situation.

This Panera has gone down hill, drastically. We have stopped at this location for past 10 years traveling from New England to Florida and this visit was awful. Salads not fresh and drenched in dressing, mens and womens bathrooms were too disgusting to describe, floor and tables had food crumbs on them, and walls and furniture dirty. One wall appeared to have old drink splattered which now was black. This location needs a total refresh and management should be held accountable for the condition. We hope we dont end up with food poisoning. Only positive remark is that the cashier was nice. Will not return to this location again, sadly as it was always a convenient stop.

We waited forever for our food on a random Monday night. It wasn’t overly busy but they seemed completely overwhelmed . We wanted a quick stop on our trip and ended up wasting almost an hour. Skip it and head pretty much anywhere else.
