Has really gone downhill. Stopped for a quick coffee, and it was anything but quick. The person at the register had a hard time focusing, asked multiple times what I wanted in my coffee (simple cream and sugar), and she still screwed it up. I had to throw it away.

As a long time Starbucks customer I'm disappointed with the direction Starbucks seems to be heading in, that is a greater emphasis on mobile orders and less on encouraging customers to sit in the café. This café proved to be the exception however with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Service was awful, no napkins, long wait with no one in the store and three workers behind the counter. One worker was on her phone when I told her the TP was out. The two tall drinks and breakfast sandwich that I ordered were great. The grande vanilla steamer tasted just like hot water. Not going back.
8 in the morning on a Sunday, no one in the store. Horrible service. No eye contact. No Chai. Figured I'd try the Pumpkin Spice Latte to see what I've been missing out on all these years. Sorry that will be a 15 minute wait. No thanks. My breakfast sandwich was good though. But no napkins and not TP in the washroom.

Chloe has a very nasty attitude! Someone took a drink from my mobile order by mistake, tried to tell Chloe about it and she was very rude and brushed it off. Stood around another 15 mins before I said something again and a nice young lady, I believe Briana made the drink right away with no problem. If you don’t want to work in a high volume work place then don’t! Simple as that. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!

Ordered a sandwich that offers a “no meat” option. The sandwich still had bits of bacon on it from where they tried to pick it off. I’m a vegetarian, not going to eat a sandwich covered in bacon grease. If the sandwiches are made ahead of time and removing the bacon is your “no meat” option, that’s a problem. ??
Vegetarian options: DO NOT order food from here if you are vegetarian.
