Onions rings hard, and then when you call they act like they can’t answer the phone
I felt so bad for the manager on Friday night (9/29) around 9pm he was basically doing everything. The girl taking the orders literally ONLY took orders, couldn't bag a order, drop fries, could not do anything else and kept talking about how excited she was to leave as the poor manager is dropping burger meat, trying to pack orders, drop other food items needed, etc. The person making the sandwiches was clearly getting frustrated at the girl taking the orders because she wouldn't take a second to stop and actually help them pack the 13 other orders they already had. I ended up looking for a refund since I was waiting over 15 minutes for a 4 piece cheesy tot. That manager needs better front staff, not lazy workers who only know how to take an order which you have to repeat a million times to anyway. Came through drive through and was at bk for over 20 minutes, ridiculous.

Horrible service. Been there twice and both times got the wrong order and not right sized drinks. It’s very slow to get your order, waited for about 15-20 minutes to just get two meals.

So I went here and placed an order at the drive through window the lady was like i cant hear you did she want me to park on top of the speaker box and the order was all wrong because she wasnt listening 20 dollars for all the wrong stuff

11JUL25, update. ordered a double bacon with an extra meat patty. paid for the extra meat patty, didnt get an extra meat patty. see receipt and picture attached. idiots.
On 25 Nov, 2023. At around 130pm. They charged me twice for 1 meal.

The food was luke warm, but was served as I asked no bun. Having allergies that was important. Negatives, asking for salt packages and how many? In a very surly attitude. Why would one have to ask for salt in the first place?
Secondly I guess a manager or lead was talking extremely loud to other employees.
Third I observed the same person being scolded in front of customers. I heard the lady say to get back here and clock out for break first .The other lady said I was just going to wash my hands. The other one answered in a surly manner. I think that is not necessary to speak to employees like that at any time but especially not in front of customers. Atmosphere with this happening was a little uncomfortable. The restaurant was nice and clean.
Only problem I saw that smoking by an employee should not be done at front door.
I will be back since this is the first visit to Burger King since moving to this area.

Food quality and prep was decent, but very clearly stated requests for halvsies and zesty sauce were missed which is pretty frustrating now that it costs like $15 per meal. At prices like that, I expect their employees to be able to correctly complete orders....

The assistant general manager the Spanish lady read eating French fries while bagging up food. Maybe that’s why I had to wait for food to be prepared for so long because of her eating. I walked out and never coming back
It was hot, fresh and delicious. Service was great too.
Stopped buy at 11:55 to grab my favorite quick bite. I used the drive though. The attendant took my order and repeatedly pushed unwanted extras, 3 times even when refused.at the window she took my money and came back several times minutes later with my receipt and change BUT NO food. She asked me to move forward. I continued to wait. She came back again and rudely asked that I move toward again. I asked why as I was waiting for my food. She said so she could wait on the car behind me. I reminded her that I still wanted my food. She left with a snarl and almost thought my food bag at me and mumbled gruffly something as I prepared to leave. Very poor service and attitude
