We went through the drive thru on the way home from visiting family. My daughter and I both left the drive thru and were like, "Wow, people are so much nicer here." Everyone we interacted with was really friendly. It was quick, and everything was correct.

This Is Exactly Why I Stopped Going To This Burger King In Morrisville PA A YEAR Ago Because They Are Terrible Once Again I Ordered A Whopper With Cheese & Bacon Conbo And Once Again LITERALLY ONE LITTLE SLICE OF BACON Was Put On My Whopper I Also Got the halfies onion ring and ff my onion rings where RAW & STILL FROZEN Wen i bit into them SAME FOR THE FF OH AND MY DRINK THE DR. PEPPER I ordered was all seltzer THIS IS WHY I STOPPED GOING A YEAR AGO BECAUSE OF THIS SAME STUFF HAPPENING & THEIR EMPLOYEE'S WHERE RUDE AND THE FOOD SO THAT 2ND CHANCE I JUST GAVE TONIGHT IS JUST THAT 2ND & ABSOLUTELY THE LAST CHANCE I WILL NEVER EAT BURGER KING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! WELL NOT FROM THIS LOCATION IF I EVER EAT IT AGAIN THIS LOCATION HAS MADE ME AFRAID TO SPEND MY MONEY AT A BK CAUSE I AM AFRIAD MY FOOD WILL BE RAW AND NOT WHAT I ORDERED BUT CHARGED FOR THE CHEESE & BACON AND MY DRINK SND ONION RINGS AND FF TO ONCE AGAIN GET RAW FROZEN FOOD!!! oh and I ordered some chicken fries some were over cooked and some were not cooked all the way and were frozen in the middle i just hope I don't get food poison from the raw uncooked food!!!

Service is horrible. I go to the drive thru line. Completely empty. Not a car in sight. I wait at least a minute before saying hello. As soon as I said hello, someone finally says hello, then goes on to say, "can you hold on a minute"? Kind of like "he" was preturbed that I said hello for waiting so long. I waited another 30 seconds, left and went to McDonald's. IT'S BURGER KING GUYS!! Can't do BK right, your life will be tough. Get it together BK Morrisville.

Messed up my order twice and then got an attitude when I brought it to their attention for them to fix it, while also trying to mock me. As if I'm the one messing up a simple 6 ingredient burger.It's a job, I'm sure her (Genesis) training didn't teach her to act like that, but won't even treat people with decent respect and had the audacity to mock me.Reported ??

I go to the 24-hour drive thru, and late night service will be slower, and ofter milkshakes are not available (which passes me off a tad)
This is the only burgerking around that I'll go to their very nice. They seem to be short staff but they sure make things happen. and I will say Lauren, Tara and Malinda are very welcoming I will continue to come Here! Very pleasant place to stop and eat food was fresh and hot. Thank you for your hard work
Food was fine but service was slow because they were seriously understaffed.It looked like they had three people working, one taking drive through orders, one picking drive through orders and one guy cooking... And walk-in guests just got to wait.I was about to leave when the poor girl trying to fill the drive through orders finally came over to help all the people standing in line. I actually dealt bad for her when some people in line started to give attitude, but can you really blame them?Overall negative experience for what? Just one more person working would have made it so much better, but management has to squeeze out every dime...
