I took my wife here her birthday. Everything about this place is wonderful. The people are so friendly, the place has a great ambience to it. Our server Marvin was excellent. My wife had vodka rigatoni and sangria. I enjoyed the gnocchi with an incredible Gorgonzola cheese sauce and a rock bottom. The place is old-school, but still modern, I appreciated that they even sang to my wife for her birthday which I thought was really a nice touch. This place is a A+ can’t recommend it enough.

Good food but very overpriced. You are better off driving 1 mile down the road to Salute Ristorante next to Morrisville Tavern...

My favorite is the fresh baked bread. they use this same bread for their subs! Tonight I had the perfect Red Sangria with Stuff Mushroom Appetizer firm mushroom stuffed with tasty Italian sausage, peppers and a unique sauce. Main course was Rigatoni Carbonara with a perfect cream sauce laced with bacon.

The food was amazing and our server was an absolute joy. We were a large party and she handled it with ease. We all agreed we would visit Cafe Antonio again. Delicious! (The stuffed bread appetizer is phenomenal!)

Service was absolutely ridiculous here. Waited over an hour to get food.

I’d love to be able to leave a review on the food but I wasn’t able to order my food. I was seated at a table and was left unattended by a waitress for 40 minutes. There were other people who got their orders taken who entered after us and they were offered bread and we weren’t. It was a very embarrassing and unpleasant experience. Unfortunately we had to get up and leave after 40 minutes of waiting.

My partner and I ordered our dinner for pickup here today. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we ate was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the seafood bruchetta and thai calamari. Hands down, some of the best food we've had recently!

This is my first time here- came for dinner with 5 others. Menu selection is diverse and appealing. I had the sea bass with shrimp in a garlic sauce. It was excellent, cooked perfectly. The linguini seafood special looked great. Wine selection is perfect. I didn’t get desert but the desert menu is large- the molten chocolate cake will be on my list next time.

I like Cafe Antonio, convenient by my house food is good, but i wont go for any type of parm or cheesesteak sandwich again, with all the local bread distributors, you use pizza dough as sandwich bread uggggg, dinner rolls ok, and for pizza, just wasnt expecting that, maybe some like it, I particularly don't, will continue to order though.

Cafe Antonio Bistro & Bar is a fantastic choice! I had never heard of the restaurant and great word of mouth reviews made it impossible to ignore! We did not dine in and that makes the food review all the better - the food was absolutely amazing. It was still hot when I got home 15 minutes after picking it up. The bread is what an excited 20-something may call 'next level', and a testament to the bread.. it was also great the next day. The pizza was fantastic, I suggest the hot and wild, I think it's called - a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and mozz, just incredible. The sides were fantastic, everything was seasoned and cooked to perfect. 5 stars. Will recommend. Will return. Thank you so much, Cafe Antonio!

Disappointing experience. Used to be very good but definitely not up to par. Some dishes were good and some were not. Service was overall poor, salad came without dressing among other mistakes making for a frustrating dining experience.
