They should be ashamed!!! It’s 11:30am & the seating area has all their chairs up which makes u feel ur not welcomed to sit. The staff are not pleasant at all. I was watching the woman cut my bagel & u can tell she was struggling to cut it which means it’s hard & stale. I guess they think u can’t tell once it’s toasted. I know I should have said something but I was giving the benefit of the doubt hoping they wouldn’t serve stale bagels. Ha! Just by looking at it u can tell it’s stale then I tried to bite it… ha!!! Choked swallowing it!! Should have went with my instinct!! The best part is when I go in explaining & showing them the bagel banging it on the counter to prove how stale it was their response.. “that is how we make it”. Ha!!! I get a Dunkin iced or hot coffee everyday for 12yrs but I think it’s time I make it at home!!!! Ugh

Employee busy talking on phone, no attention to waiting customer. Rudely replied she is making online order. How do I know??? All I see is you talking to someone for extended period on phone then talking to some lady in kitchen without paying any attention to me.

Dunkin is Dunkin but I love the staff as this one! 3 stars because it's a run in and run out in the afternoon. Mornings are filled with regulars that sit and chat

No drive through location. Easier to place order through the app and pick up to avoid confusion with the order. Consistent quality each time we go so no complaints here, just really long wait.
They don’t answer the phone I left my bagel bites there & tried to call them to make them aware

Horrendous location - messes up your orders consistently, shows up ice cold and seems like the stuff that's supposed to be hot has been sitting out at room temperature.

My partner tried to order the white/hazelnut iced latte with “1 pump of each syrup.” The cashier kept responding “okay, so 3 of each?” Person ahead of her had the same issue. And THEN they made it hot instead of iced. In what world is 1+1=6 and “iced” means “hot”??? Please learn how things work.
