It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to this McDonald’s because service was terrible, two years later I decided to try it again the girl at the speaker messed my order up and when I got to the window and corrected them because the order was wrong, the kids working the window had a attitude were very unprofessional and rude, won’t be back again that’s for sure , got home and opened the burgers and they look like they’ve been run over by a car, this place is a big disappointment and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I've never experienced anything like this store. The employees behind the counter act like they're hanging out in someone's basement instead of working. They yell across the store, scream, curse and slam things around like the customers are an interruption to their social hour.
I actually watched them eating and drinking in full view of customers while ignoring people waiting for help. The attitude is unreal - rude responses, eye rolling, and zero professionalism.
The whole place feels completely out of control. It's loud, chaotic, and uncomfortable, and management is nowhere to be found. If this is the best they can do, I won't be back. There are plenty of restaurants that know how to treat customers with respect.

Please put someone on the drive thru that can speak proper English. Its essential for getting the order right the first time not 6 or 7 times because the person doesn't understand plain English. This isn't rocket science and it shouldn't be that hard trying to order a meal. Please fix this issue it happens every single time I order breakfast.

Don't expect anyone to take your order. You MUST order on a kiosk and, even if you want to pay in cash at the counter, the employees will pretend they don't see you standing there. Today you weren't even allowed to "dine" in. All orders had to be to go. This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been too. Even though the location is super convenient, I think I've had enough of their non-service. There's another fast food restaurant right across the street...
