The staff here at Nick's pizza is like a friendly neighborhood community.
For one, don't take almost 2 hours to deliver the food. I placed an order around 5:00, didn't get my food until almost 7:00. I live only 2 streets away. Called twice. Second time spoke with the manager and got excuses about being busy. They did tell me the food was on its way and I'd get a credit towards my next order.
The second thing is customer service, when the driver dropped off the food he gave me a bunch of lip about how busy he was.
