Redberry Frozen Yogurt

I recently visited this place hoping for a frozen yogurt experience, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The product they offered wasn’t frozen yogurt, which was a letdown for me. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for traditional frozen yogurt, Its normal ice cream

This is the greatest fro-yo place ever!! If you go here, you can pick your flavors, and you can pick some of their many toppings. I definitely recommend fir anyone.

Amazing customer service along with delicious froyo! I thought I left my bag at the outdoor benches next to the store and the manager, Lauren, checked the cameras and said I indeed did leave with my bag. It was such a relief that I didn’t lose it and I ended up tracking down my bag after that. Thanks so much for your help!

Sydney was such a kind hearted helpful staff member who even helped me to make my Cookie Monster yogurt truly out of this world by adding delicious toppings to my treat including but not limited to chocolate syrup and perfectly crushed Oreos the quality of the yogurt was mediocre but the great service from Sydney made it all worth it. I will be returning for more delicious delightful yogurt perhaps next time I will try strawberry

Good and not expensive

It was delicious.

There’s nothing special about it. If you’re looking for frozen yogurt it does the trick but it’s really expensive for below average quality. Its definitely always clean and I do love that but other then that this wouldn’t ever be my go to frozen yogurt place.

Love this place! Amazing flavors and many topping options. Although, the best part of my experience was the staff. I saw many negative reviews about rude staff, but this was most definitely not an issue for me. I was pleasantly greeted by 2 brunettes who made my experience very enjoyable. This place is a must try!

I love froyo, so it is very unfortunate that this is the only one close by. They have a good amount of flavors and toppings to choose from but my problem isn’t with the place, it’s with the staff. I came at 6pm today 4/18 there were two teen girls working, one with lighter hair and another with ginger hair, although she was fine. The lighter hair girl had a major attitude, gave a dirty look as soon as me and a friend entered the door. She was putting my toppings on for me (which if I’m being honest should be changed to self serve because of this reason) I asked for a specific topping and she gave me about a teaspoon size amount, I asked if I could please have some more and she visibly got annoyed/aggravated. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue either, I see multiple reviews with the same problem that hasn’t seemed to be fixed. Your staff definitely needs training on customer service and respect..

Huge variety of flavors. Always clean. Friendliest staff. Perfect little area outside to sit and enjoy your sweet treat! One of our favorite places!!

I never give reviews but I had incredibly negative experience here. My little brother got his froyo but his cookie were completely stale, tasted like plastic. I went in to see if he could get another one and the two girls working not only couldn’t be bothered to offer a replacement or acknowledge us, they also laughed at my face. I’ve dealt with poor customer service before but as someone who used to come here regularly, I will no longer be doing so until they teach their staff how to treat people let alone customers

Just came to red berry Tuesday during a slight rainy day. Staff was very friendly and frozen yogurt was amazing with many topping offerings. Will definitely be back on a weekly basis.

I love Redberry. The staff has been lovely. One worker specifically I've noticed is this blonde girl. She's been so sweet to me every time I've come in and provides great customer service!

really good frozen yogurt and lots of topping options, however the girls that work there sit on their phone and they neverrr smile! i would consider hiring people that can at least greet you and show a positive attitude..
