Have gone twice for take out. First time I ordered the shrimp and the next time I tried the crab cakes, both are delicious. One thing you must order is the corn bread. We ordered extra. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

This is supposed to be southern cooking. I asked if they had sweet tea. Of course! The server brought me a raspberry tea from the soda fountain! I was expecting home-made sweet tea. The cornbread was dry. The food was very disappointing and over-priced. The service sucked. This visit was shortly after they opened and before the pandemic.

I'm looking at the comments and wish I had ordered the day these people did. I ordered the Crab cakes which were kind of ok. But my Sautéed Spinach was definitely frozen not fresh and lacked flavor. My shrimp and Mashed potatoes also lacked flavor and shrimp were over cooked, and my cornbread taste like pound cake.

The food was a complete waste of money . The previous reviews are misleading. I ordered the whiting, Mac & cheese, and yams. The food was awful at best. Mac has to be kraft the yams are from the can, and the fish... disgusting. I just threw it away. Not one taste of seasoning was used.

When walking through the door of the restaurant, you are welcomed by the décor that showcases signs of positive sayings and the aroma of delicious smelling food coming from the kitchen. The menu is full of all of your Sunday favorites that are very reasonably priced. I ordered the overstuffed baked potato with broccoli, cheese, and chicken. The two sides that I had to accompany the potato were cabbage and collard greens. To add a little bit of a kick to my sides, I drizzled an adequate amount of my Chef Richard’s special hot sauce. This is definitely a go to restaurant you must try in Bucks County.

Absolutely Perfect BBQ short ribs!!! Im so glad I stopped in and Im mad at myself it took 4 years for me to try them. All around great food and not expensive either!!

Wanted to try something new. Ordered the fried pork chops...was shocked that they were BONELESS. Menu should state this, or inform purchaser upon ordering. Rice was undercooked, yet dry.

Customer service is top notch. Very friendly and welcoming, and the cook even thanked us for coming. That right there means a lot to me. That's true gratitude and genuine friendliness. The food was great. Not 5 star restaurant food, but home cooked food that was real. The value is amazing, a lot of food at a reasonable price. Definitely exceeded our expectations. So glad we tried this place and it is now on our list to order from again

OMG.....we try to order something different each time. This time it was the Meatloaf and the grilled Salmon. I swear to god this place had the BEST home cooked food around. None better. I have not been disappointed with anything . I hope you are around for years to come. This was true home cooked Sunday comfort food at its best.

I like the food here but the cornbread stuffing is definitely stove top and the Mac and cheese is instant. If those two were really baked Mac and cheese and really cornbread stuffing I would give them 5 stars. Other than that the food is pretty good.

This place is all about comfort food. Love it! Had the short ribs last week and the Salisbury steak last night. Great stuff! The sides are on point too with terrific mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and stuffing! Can’t wait to work through the rest of the menu. Very friendly and fast service too!
