Filthiest bathroom in any Starbucks ever. No towels, no toilet paper, just filthy yuck!

I always stop here on my way to Philly, but this time the staff was unprofessional and nasty, the lady that took my order was rude and at the time we got our drinks, there was a cinnamon dispenser next to the straws and napkins, I grabbed it to put some of it in my drink the same lady came to me and told me “next time if you want cinnamon just ask for it”, she grabbed the dispenser and put it behind the counter, its common to find those dispenser around the area with napkins and straws so it was kinda frustrating dealing with a staff like that, still they expect tips when their customer service is that poor.

The area is clean and the staff are nice. It is a nice and cozy place. We tried their knew summer drink and it was not very good.

I usually get either the turkey pesto wrap or grilled cheese warmed and its always delicious, however i also always get the same drink order and it is different every time hence my review. I get a “london fog tea latte” which is basically earl greytea, some vanilla syrup and some foamed/steamed milk, very yummy, and pricier than just the tea bags. Well, half the time i order it they give me two tea bags and literally no additives and charge me 7 dollars. Not cool. If you don’t know what im asking for say that and ill explain. Inconsistency is unprofessional and if i had a choice closer i would avoid.

I wanted a holiday drink and they were out of every single holiday drink. It was only December 31st. This is really sad. So I ordered a different drink and they made it completely wrong. It was a hot latte and they made it cold. I am very disappointed in this Starbucks and would not recommend it at all.
Bathroom is disgusting. All the $ starbucks has and it’s dirty anytime I used. Also 22 min wait for 2 drink’s mobile order is ridiculous.

Over 20 minutes behind on mobile orders and the app gives no warning. A lot of people had to cancel orders and leave. Thank Soon they don't have a drive through.

This location is so inconsistent. I’m here almost everyday. You can order the same signature coffee for a week straight and it will literally get it different every single time. It if comes with drizzle, sometimes they include it sometimes they don’t. If it it comes with whipped cream, sometimes they include it sometimes they don’t. The baristas need to study / follow recipes.
