Their gluten-free bread is by far the best gluten-free bed I’ve ever had and I am very very fussy. I love the rye. I love the whole wheat. I love raisin cinnamon you guys do a great job thank you.

WHY would you add tapioca flour to 7 ancient grain bread and ruin the best gluten free bread sold anywhere? To save $. ? Why? So disappointing. Please considering offering the original receipe again even if you need to charge more.

Just found this new (to me) gluten-free bread from Three Bakers in Moscow, PA. It's call 7 Ancient Grains. Great toasted.
Of all the gluten free breads I have tried, this is my favorite. Especially for toast. It’s got great texture, flavor and I love the “seediness”. I tend to buy other breads for sandwiches, becauseI don’t want to waste the good flavor of this bread with sand which fixings. It’s also less expensive than others, bonus! KeepBaking three bakers, We appreciate you!

Worked for 3 bakers for 6 months was not great all the worker gossip about each other behind there back they dont take the right precautions to make sure stuff is not getting the bread does not supposed to be in there I've seen people on numerous occasions drop read off the cooling racks onto the floor and then pick them back up and put them on the cooling racks after they were just on the dirty floor highly advise not buying the bread
