The hide a way has exceptional atmosphere. It’s a great deck and the bars outside and inside are fantastic. Unfortunately the ownership seems hell bent on relying on those factors to carry them. It’s clear it has become a cash cow for the Funk group. The majority of food is Sisco or some other prefab food kitchen. The only original item on the menu is the Snake sauce. The food was good in general but the broccoli was a bit dirt crunchy and my friends roast beef was a bit chewy but the beverages, bartenders and live music made the visit worthwhile!
Found this place by accident, but lives up to its namesake as it is a bit hidden up in the trees. Atmosphere was nice, a quiet dining area with separate bar as well as outside dining on private deck. Food was great. They offer the standard menu and a monthly themed menu. Had the open face turkey sandwich and fries smothered in gravy from the Oktoberfest menu, messy as hell but soooo worth it. Portions were large, prices were very reasonable and staff was friendly and attentive....
