I practically get Italian taxi every weekend and it's always so good and if they mess up something they'll always be like so chill about it and not be mean

Specifically asked these people for a buffalo chicken wrap but no onions. Allergic to onions. And they still put onions in my wrap, a ton of it too. Will never come back here again as these people are extremely incompetent.

Onion rings are exceptionally tasty. Our Stromboli was large, hot, fresh, and full of toppings. Highly recommended this restaurant!

Just tried Italian Taxi for the first time and it was delicious! Everything was so good and well packaged for a takeout order. My new favorite pizza place.. can’t believe I didn’t try them sooner.

I have been ordering from The Italian Taxi for over a year due to what is local to my job I do enjoy the food but it is inconsistent sometimes, it's amazing then other times is unflavored, but I roll the dice hoping the one piticular cook is working, usually works out lol the delivery is usually pleasant unless it's the one older lady . She always seems pissed off and miserable and it hinders the experience and I totally understand not every day is a good one but she is always miserable and unfriendly and seems like it's a burden and when I go to write down the tip she just says rudely just tell me! So she takes the tip without my signature and that makes it very uncomfortable

We ordered a deep dish veggie pizza. We received a thin crust white pizza with broccoli. A veggie boli, that had no ricotta and wasn't even cut. A house salad with Italian, that became a chef salad with some sort of oil wad what we received. I'm sorry, but it seems like you need better help with the phone or cooking! 52$ later and we will never come here again.

Always ordered delivery but decided to stop in tonight. Staff was very pleasant. Made me feel welcome.

The best sub roll around. (No one else "locally" even compares) Food is absolutely delicious. Service is impeccable. In the 15yrs that I've been a costumer, only 1 mistake, and management went above and beyond to rectify it by "delivering" said mistake, even though it was originally a take out order. Who does that now in this day and age. Kudos to you for keeping that old fashioned logic, (customer service is invaluable).
