Got there apparently people working the front don’t know how to schedule or take walk ins, our reservations to the catacombs somehow turned into us upstairs at a table barely big enough for 1 after 10 minutes of no server someone comes over and asks if we have a server we tell her no, she leaves to figure it out nobody comes back seems like employees had a great time chatting with each other has maybe 2 are trying to figure things out…. Never in my life have I walked into something so unorganized for bar food. Never again
Ate in the catacombs last night. I am a huge foodie and was looking forward to the atmosphere of the restaurant. It did not disappoint. Jack, our server was great, the food and drinks were amazing. Overall an excellent experience, we will return!
Absolutely 😍 worth savoring, I reveled in the small intimate historical tour and beholding their treasured liquor license. My Filet Steak was a culinary masterpiece! Brian's lobster steak soared to extraordinary heights. Zoey indulged in the mac and cheese and a triple chocolate cake, and she devoured it. Brian and I delighted in a stunning Carmel crumb apple cheesecake ❤️ together, it was sublime. Definitely one of the many hidden gems of Lancaster.
The space was decorated nice is about all i can say nice. It was so cOld in there i almost could see my own breath. Was not given napkins or silverware. Even after a 25 min wait in an almost empty restaurant when the food came i had to ask for napkins and silverware and then still only got a napkin. Not silverware. Had to go to the bar for ketchup. Food was cold. Bacon on my burger was still raw. I wont go back again. Over $40 for for under cooked cold food and bad service. No thanks.
Good food and great atmosphere but the people at the entrance were very awkward
This was a unique dining experience. Loved learning the history of the brewery as they lead us to the catacombs 40 feet underground. Delicious food and drinks and a fun place and atmosphere, kind and knowledgeable staff. You can also just go into the brewery if you rather a more casual experience, also a fun spot for a drink.
I had a reservation for my 60th birthday and my granddaughter flew in from Florida. A storm came and they had to cancel my appointment. I was supposed to get a phone call the next day to reschedule the reservation. They never called me. I called I made another reservation, but I did not see my refund that they said they sent me. I was told the manager would call me within two days. Manager never did and two days later they canceled my reservation without even calling me.
Very poor customer service skills . They ruined my birthday and I had specifically told them on the phone. My granddaughter flew in from Florida to go there to eat with me for my 60th birthday and that she was leaving the following Sunday and I really wanted to get in before she left.
I understand the storm was not their fault but everything thereafter was definitely poor. Customer service, and their fault.
Came here for dinner in the catacombs before a show at hershey stadium and was completely blown away. This is one of the coolest bars/breweries I’ve ever been to and the catacombs restaurant was amazing. I never order chicken at a restaurant because its almost always disappointing but the picture online looked so crispy I had to try it and I’m so glad I did it was one of the best dishes i’ve had the outside was perfectly crispy and the meat was seasoned so well and juicy highly recommend the trip if youre in the area.
Really cool vibe and ambiance. Wide selection of food, with a few vegetarian options. Beer and food are decent. Dropping a point for the wild price I just paid for an average old fashioned: $12 for the well bourbon plus a $7 upcharge for regular Woodford (not double oaked or anything unusual)!
We had been to Bube s before and made reservations for the catacombs. We were a little surprised by the prices but went for it. My wife ordered lobster ravioli and I ordered the scallops. When the food was served I was surprised to see only 6 scallops the size of a quarter, a scoop of potatoes, and green beans. The green beans were burnt and cold and the potatoes were also cold. The meal cost was $165 before the tip. The server did not check on us until we were done eating which I didn’t eat the beans. My wife said her food was ok but not very tasty. When I discreetly told the server about my meal he did ask if I wanted more. I told him we had finished eating. No other recourse was offered. He threw our receipt on the table as he walked by. No have a good evening, thank you, anything. Very bad attitude. Not sure if we will go back

We did a murder mystery and it was incredible. The actors were top notch, the food was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. Our bartender, Dave, was sexy, handsome, and provided a memorable night. Thank you for a great time!
Been here a couple times and really love this place. Beautiful building with multiple bars, and, beautiful gardenfor outdoor drinking and dining. I've always had great service and their beer is delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by.
First time at Bube’s and the garden was exactly the vibe I was going for. Tristan was an amazing server and the food was on point. Cant beat a great environment and welcoming service!
We came here after our wedding and Sam is such a cool guy! Thank you for treating us like family!!!!
