If you want to have a great time, with extraordinary ambience and amazing staff this is your place. I visited for an extremely busy even and the service was top notch!! Delicious food and good drinks. If you are in the area stop by this place!

Went to the brewery due to the list of specialty brews listed in their website. If your looking for beers on tap or the specialty beers call ahead, we arrived at 5:30pm on a Saturday 2 of the 3 specialty brews were out and most of the listed on tap was out as well. I just don’t understand how most of your taps are out on an early Saturday evening.

Had to click 1 star because it doesn’t let me put 0. Went to the Christmas theatrical dinner. Don’t do it, just don’t. Ok on the theater expedience, but the dinner was awful. Staring with a salad that it was very petite, dressing was ok but the bread was cold and with nothing. The main course was a bland chicken with some sort of sweet sauce (which I am pretty sure it was not homemade), mashed potatoes were ok. The corn was a rubbery yellow thing, no flavor, nothing. Very disappointing. Felt like a slap on the face. Restaurants can create very low budget meals with delicious flavor but this was not the case. Also not sure about their hygiene… the building is an amazing vintage place, I would say one of its kind. But just recommend to stop by and look at the place and skip dinner.

Love this place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The building is beautifully old and charming. I ate in the catacombs and the food was really good. Highly recommended!

Such a cool place! The atmosphere is amazing. You get a tour on the way down to the catacombs (I can't remember how many times I said "wow") and the food was delicious! We stayed with the baked brie which was just lovely, I had the NY strip and it was juicy and beautifully seasoned, my sister had the pork alois which was delicious. The creme Brule martini was also incredibly delicious. It's a pricier meal but completely worth it!

What an amazing experience, I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews, from start to finish was 5 stars, I surprised my wife with an amazing night out and I couldn’t ask for a better night , 1hour 15 min drive was well worth it, a drink at the bar while waiting for our table, the small tour while headed down stairs, the ambiance of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and amazing, lollipop lamb was delicious, the N.Y strip perfect and the risotto was to die for and the portions are perfect, if your looking to wow your wife it’s worth the trip..

Very cool place. Definitely would go back once its warmer as they seem to have a nice outdoor area. The catacombs was an awesome experience and our waiter Jack was great. We had a delay in our food coming out but it was not a big deal because the food was delicious. We didn't even complain about the wait but they still covered a round of our drinks so that definitely made up for it. Look forward to returning.

Very cool venue and definitely worth a visit to the "Catacombs" deep below the brewery. However, it's clearly a novelty restaurant where the food is good, but not great, with prices which are a bit over the top. We began with a few of the reasonably priced starters of kale Caesar and Lobster bisque. Both good although the soup was only luke warm. Then the cash register began going nuts. All entrees are priced with a heavy hand and we went with the lobster and scallops. The $65 lobster tail was probably a 6oz portion with a few extra pieces in the accompanying pasta. It was well prepared but at $65 we thought it was a pretty small portion. The scallops were also good, but the $57 price was even more egregious, as there were 5 small to medium scallops in the order. I guess I was anticipating 4-5 larger U-10 size scallops at this price point. The rest of the plate was filled with a giant bunch of green beans and a scoop of mashed potatoes. Suggest skipping dessert as the only options were three flavors of pre-packaged commercially purchased cheesecake at $12 a small slice.
Don't get me wrong; no complaints on the quality or taste of the food. It's the really high pricing for a casual novelty restaurant in the basement of a brewery, not a fine dining spot.
Service was efficient and pleasant.
It's definitely worth a visit to see the place, but once is enough.

If you want a fun, interesting and unique place to get a bite to eat and maybe even some entertainment, then this is the place. Industrial decor and catacombs downstairs as deep as 35 feet below ground level. Great food selections and plenty of variety on drink options. If you are looking for a really unique and fun time sign up for one of the feasts in the catacombs. There is also outside seating when weather is nice. Live music on Sat night and some other nights.

A must place to check out when in the area.
Some nice gentleman gave me and my friend a tour of the place, which we find really cool.

My husband and I have never been to Bube's Brewery, so we thought we would drive out on Sunday, Oct. 27th for dinner. Unfortunately the day we chose to visit was the day after their Halloween Party, and they were out of certain beers and food. Very disappointed to find a limited menu of food and drinks. The waitress was in a bad mood as well. Not sure how soon we will be back to try this place again.

I went to this place and it was the worst. The food was not good at all. They made my burger well done twice and I didn’t care to say anything again because it was the second time and I had waited already for my food. There were 15 of us and so it was enough to accommodate but no one liked their food. It was Halloween and I have never ever seen more demonic decorations in my life. If you have all kids don’t bring them here because they could possibly be scared.
The pictures online make this place seem really cool but then you get there and it’s kinda just dusty and not that cool. They draw you in and let you down and then scare you with their demons. It sooooo freakin dark I couldn’t even see. And the little side lights weren’t working so we couldn’t even use them to see what we were eating. It’s a brewery and had no TVs to watch the game. Silly.
I wouldn’t go back. Not my type of place
