Customer service definitely needs some work. Specifically the older woman that worked the counter in the afternoon on January 17th who caught an attitude when I had just asked for a pick up order.

They made all 6 of my sandwiches wrong through the drive thru. I placed on the mobile app so it was put in correctly. I called when I got home and noticed and had to drive all the way back for them to replace them. Only to find out they needed the original 6 back. That I did not bring. They did not say they needed them back. Just to come back through. I have never had a restaurant ask for food back that would just have to be thrown away anyway. Very unprofessional.

Sandwiches/burgers are made neatly and staff is very professional and friendly. This has been consistent for the 2 years I've been coming here. Unfortunately, on a visit inside, there were many flies, counted 8 on a casual glance, and they keep landing on me. Please lmk if you fix this and I'd happily change my review, because everything else, including workplace culture, seems very good.

It's definitely been quite a few weeks since I've been to any fast food joints because prices are out of control. Regardless of the typical price hikes, this Burger King was on point with everything. The food was hot and delicious.

The fries have been hot. I mean, that’s great. I know it seems like a small thing but there are few things worse in fast food than soggy cold fries. You are doing something right because I have been getting hot food every time I go to this location. Thanks!

I ordered my son breakfast and the girl took my order. She told me to wait on the other side of the building, I waited for 8 minutes to go in and my food was just sitting there. She looked confused and high. The customer before me was returning his meal. My son ended up being late for school. She really need to leave those drugs alone!!!!!!
