Waitress was sorry to say not in the right mind set. Got the wrong order and didn't bring out the soup we ordered that came with the meal. Then when taking are plates she was grabbing the plates so fast she through beat juice all over me and all over the floor. Didn't even get me a towel to clean up just said sorry and walked away. When paying the bill I brought that up and the lady behind the register just rolled her eyes... won't be returning... added note the place wasent busy so there wasent a need to be acting the way she was...

I don't know what happened in a month since I've been coming in on a regular business. I walked i. Today on a Sunday, and they are playing rap music, no big deal, but I sit at the counter as I usually do, there are three hostess standing there chatting away as I sat there waiting for a server for about 7 or 8 minutes and finally one of the hostess girls asked if I need a menu, and I said yeah, she said I didn't know what you were doing it looks like you knew what you were doing and I said I do I'm sitting at a cou ter seat waiting for a server like you do in any restaurant with a counter seat area. She give me a menu and I look at the menu and then still sit there and wait another 5 minutes , no one asked for a drink order or anything and finally after after about 3 table were sat and orders taken after the forth was sat and got immediate service I stood up and said I guess there is no server for me and walked out. I guess I shall go to mount joy diner for now on.

My liver and onions with bacon was really good. Nice sized side salad. Companions burger was over done for his liking as his preference is warm in the middle. Manager discounted his meal over and above the waitress discount. Purchased desserts to go.

We moved here a year a go and this has become our go to place. Always get seated right away. Service is great and the food delicious. My husband likes, Breakfast is two eggs over light, hash browns cook hard, sausage patties and toast. Never a bad one. I get a toasted pecan roll. So good and milk when that comes out which is done every time. We enjoy their chicken bacon ranch wrap. So filled that eating both pieces is not always doable. Comes with French fries or we get onion rings. Their burgers are also very good. AND the prices are good. ?
