Location is great but selection, help are not trained efficiently. It really reflects on the owner how it is run. You can see the workers are trying and very nice but they have to work for a owner that doesn't care!

I was in there with small kids and what I assume was the manager yelling at employees. Disregarding customers in the dining room. Show some respect all around.

This Dunkin’ used to be great, but it’s really gone downhill. Service has gotten slower, orders are often wrong, and the overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. It’s disappointing to see the decline — hoping they can turn it around.

Just once, I would love to get a hot cup of coffee. Once, after two tries for a hot cup of coffee; they brewed a fresh pot and even that was not hot. Correct serving temp is 155 to 175 degrees. With the human body being 98 degrees, my coffee today was maybe 120? Staff has no idea how to smile.

I am so thankful for the staff at this DD! The past weeks have found us in Mt.Joy for some sad family business and these folks have been a daily bright spot. They are kind, quick and always accurate. They’ve made a point to get to know us and welcome us in. In addition to the phenomenal staff, the store is clean and bright and the drive through fast. Thank you for making sure the coffee was good and the service great during this time. Shout out to Grumpy- you know who you are!

Every time I come here, the guy with the dreadlocks seems so miserable and almost acts like it’s such a burden for us to order anything. He just makes everyone, customers and baristas, so uncomfortable. The girls there are so sweet and I go out of my way to try and order from them instead because they actually act like they want to be there. The girl with the gauges and the other one that was working today need a raise because they’re awesome! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

A couple of weeks ago I did a $6 meal deal mobile order thru the app. They completely made my sandwich wrong (was it someone else’s??), which I didn’t discover until I got to work, and so I contacted customer service. The regional manager contacted me and said my only choices were to go into the store for a gift card or a free sandwich. I opted for the sandwich and went into the store today to speak with the manager.
She was nice and replaced my sandwich right away. However, the rest of the experience was again, sub-par. In the 20 minutes I had to wait for my iced coffee and doughnut (which I paid for), several people came up to the counter with issues, including one door dash guy who was given someone else’s order. I had to ask again for my order and then I received the wrong size drink. These employees need some training.

Waited at reguster for 5 minutes for service and no one came to help. 3 employees in the store and 1 or 2 were helping drive thru. I finally left when someone else walked in and they took his order while I just stood there.

We got 2 drinks and mine was good but my wife's was not good at all and we asked for a remake there was only one person working who was helpful. She should be the manager not the dude with dreads he insisted we pay for a new drink even though we paid $9.00 for one drink and he was being rude, I'm sorry when you pay $9.00 for one of the drinks and it's made wrong kindly just remake the drink. The women Champagne was very helpful though and always makes it a pleasant visit, I'm not sure how your management is hired but this Dunkin got it wrong I work in food service and we do whatever we can to make things right.
