Twice Iāve been here, and both times Iāve been given a stale bagel. This time, the bagel was already spread with the wrong cream cheese. Instead of remaking it, they put the correct cream cheese on the sideāleaving me to somehow apply it on top of an already cream-cheesed bagel. Overall, an absolutely terrible and disappointing experience.

I was there early this morning and my coffee was made incorrectly, the manager was rude, there were dead bees in the donut case. Would not recommend to anyone!

I have a good experience every time re service and food, but when I sat down today to work there were three actual wasps on the inside, bouncing against the window, with two dead ones on the ground. Lmk if fixed and I'll revise this, I know any place can get unlucky with a pest occasionally.

They got my order wrong. Breakfast sandwich was supposed to be sausage but gave us bacon instead. We asked for chocolate sprinkle donuts. The girl at the drive thru wasnāt friendly and stuck up. Iāll never go to this Dunkin again!

This location does not always honor their store hours whether they are there in the store working or not. They turn drive thru off so thst automated message come up so they don't have to take orders. I have complained to management above the restaurant level about how this store runs and Bob, Eddie and Parth couldn't care less to get a store manager in there that will actually run it the way it should be.

Got the special pumpkin latte and it was horrible! Tasted like chemicals. Waste of money.
Location is great but selection, help are not trained efficiently. It really reflects on the owner how it is run. You can see the workers are trying and very nice but they have to work for a owner that doesn't care!

This Dunkinā used to be great, but itās really gone downhill. Service has gotten slower, orders are often wrong, and the overall quality just isnāt what it used to be. Itās disappointing to see the decline ā hoping they can turn it around.

Just once, I would love to get a hot cup of coffee. Once, after two tries for a hot cup of coffee; they brewed a fresh pot and even that was not hot. Correct serving temp is 155 to 175 degrees. With the human body being 98 degrees, my coffee today was maybe 120? Staff has no idea how to smile.

I am so thankful for the staff at this DD! The past weeks have found us in Mt.Joy for some sad family business and these folks have been a daily bright spot. They are kind, quick and always accurate. Theyāve made a point to get to know us and welcome us in. In addition to the phenomenal staff, the store is clean and bright and the drive through fast. Thank you for making sure the coffee was good and the service great during this time. Shout out to Grumpy- you know who you are!
