Great pretzels. Ice cream is also very good - Jim Mack’s. I like the ice cream because it’s more dense. Dense means more real cream and milk, less stabilizers whipped up with air to increase volume.
Absolutely wonderful! Really, really, really good pretzels nestled in middle of a picture perfect Pennsylvania town. The smell of oven baked dough hits you as soon as you walk in the door and the warm welcome of the employees makes you really want to live next door. Pretzels were spot on with crispy buttery salty outside and soft dough inside. Set time aside to make a stop here- even if you’re not hungry. You won’t regret.
Tried for the first time today. Very clean establishment with friendly and efficient employees. For my personal taste, there seems to be a lot of sugar in the pretzel dough. It would be fine for a cinnamon and sugar pretzel, but I found it to be distastefully sweet for the plain, salted version.
