Bartenders are Disrespectful as hell
The bartender having an attitude and rolling her eyes at customers asking for drinks when we’re just trying to have a good night is uncalled for. It seems a slow night, and as someone who was a bartender for years, the attitude is unjustified. Horrible customer service making you feel like a major burden.

A decent place for lunch or dinner. Nothing fancy but the service is great and the food quality is consistent.

Was there for the High School regionals tournament. We came here to eat after, as we have done for many youth tournaments heald at Clearview. Charging 2 dollar drink refills at a sit down restaurant and 3.50 initial cost is crazy. 2 people 2 refills $11!!! Thats insane!
I ordered the western burger, medium. Not sure why they ask how you would like it cooked, as it tasted like cheap frozen patty and was rubbery. Medium should be a warm pink center, this was neither warm or pink. The bacon jam tasted burnt.
The only positive was the waitress. She was awesome. We had some great laughs with her I would give her 10 stars if possible.
I'm not sure what's going on with the food here. In years past we have enjoyed it and actually it was almost a highlight of bowling trips. We have been to Clearview 2 different times this month for different events, and both times the food has been a let down. We may stick to bowling alley food next time. Much cheaper and know what to exspect for quality.

Well I realized why I haven't been to Hennigans in 20 years.. Service was terrible, waited an hour for food was mediocre at best .. and the unopened malt vinegar given to us was 2 years past it's date
Nice portions, delicious flavor n good service

My family visited this location for the first time about two weeks ago. We were all impressed with the rustic vibe and warm fireplace. The food and drink places are very reasonable bordering on cheap. My boyfriend loved his fettuccine Alfredo. The only negative thing I would say is my taco salad was a little cold, but that may have been a one time thing. There was plenty of it, and we plan to go back soon. I also am looking forward to visiting the deck over the warmer months. It was obviously too cold, but it looked to be very nice and newly renovated.

Slimy, off color, foul smelling. Words a chef loves to hear when describing a finely aged blue cheese, but not when it comes to talking about cured meats. We had our annual kitchen Christmas party here this year as we have had for the past many years. We've traditionally ordered pizza in the past but decided to switch it up this year. The buffalo chicken dip was amazing! The tortilla chips were light and crispy and obviously made fresh. I didn't get to try the mozzarella sticks bc they got absolutely gobbled up before I had a chance but the marinara sauce was nice. The cheese and vegetable trays were pretty standard and acceptable. Then we got to the meat tray. While most of the meats were of good quality there was a ring bologna that did not fly with any of our staff. It was slimy, greyish and smelled rotten. Being a 25 year professional in the industry I understand that things happen and sometimes less than quality product makes it to the table. I can forgive this. What I can't forgive is blatant ignorance by management when a problem is presented to them. Manager Lisa gives off big Kitchen Nightmare vibes. She was willfully ignorant and blindly defensive when I brought her a sample of the obviously rancid meat and told me "I tasted it and it's fine", which it clearly was not. Instead of working with me to make amends, she went into a spiel about how she's been doing this for years, and how clean and organized their kitchen is and blah blah blah. (Insert any random and clueless face from that famous Gordon Ramsey show here.) Defending your staff is one thing and I get it. Willfully disregarding a legitimate complaint and putting people at risk for a food born illness takes a special kind of person though. Lisa is that kind of person. Her argument of "it's been sitting out for two hours" flies in the face of reason. First of all, why would one serve a product that is known will be sitting out for an extended period of time if that product will not last that long. Secondly, these are cured meats we are talking about. It takes weeks or even months for them to develop the level of slime and rancid smell that this ring bologna had on it. Even potato salad is LEGALLY allowed to be left out for 4 hours before being thrown away as per the USDA guidelines as it contains mayonnaise which can spoil quickly. We're talking blazing hot summer days here with the sun beating down. Not a climate controlled environment like a bowling alley. Long story short we will be looking for a new location to host our Christmas party next year which is a shame as we really do enjoy our yearly bowling outing. Nice job, Lisa. I hope you get your act together before you make someone tragically ill.
