I went planning to get coffee and food. The barista behind the counter with red hair was incredibly unfriendly and rolled their eyes when I asked them to repeat something. They were very snippy and had extremely horrible costumer service. There was no line and it was not busy. Will not be going again.

I been going to the MT. Joy location. And a few times I've gotten a very rude server. Its unfortunate. Just the simple ask of a receipt seemed to be an issue. Sometimes square doesn't give the option of a receipt, so I asked. She told me next time hit the print. I cant when I dont get that option. I also saw her give problems when people asked for coffee flavors or bagel flavors, she said there is signs, but when its crowed or ur new sometimes handmade signs dont stand out or people have a hard time seeing. Just be kind and tell them the flavors. A little people skills would be helpful.

Very disappointed the last few times I have come besides the fact that the girl waiting on me was very rude and looked miserable The baked oatmeal is being cut in very small pieces for the price they should be made bigger. I seriously don't think I will be back again I used to love it there but it has really gone down hill. If you are going to charge such high prices at least give people what they are paying for and try to put a smile on your face when you are serving the public!

Best dirty chia Ive ever had!!!! Plus you can rack up points pretty easily for free drinks. My daughter had hot chocolate and a muffin and it was also delicious.

Huge shout out to Maddie the barista. I walked in literally AT CLOSE and begged for a coffee for my husband about to go out on night shift, he’s in law enforcement. She made it for me even though she had already cleaned the machine. Thanks for the “pick me up” for a graveyard shift family. Give that barista a raise.
