Isaac's Craft Kitchen & Brewery- Mount Joy

We had a great experience and the food was good! They have great variety and everyone could find something that they liked, and desserts were great as well. The only reason it wasn't 5 starts is that I would rather the food be served all at once rather than in shifts so everyone finished eating at different times and made entertaining kids a bit more difficult.
(Also they are not as easy to eat gluten free as they were in the past)

We had scheduled a 'first time ever' family reunion ... to be catered by a local chef. When past time for the food to arrive we called... found out that he had the DAY wrong ... we sent members out for food ... anywhere quickly. Called Isaac's in Mount Joy ... Kayla Morgan was asked if she could give us mixed sandwiches to feed about 50 (some had to be GF) asap ? Kayla said she'd do what was possible (with only 2 people in at that time) .... and pulled it off saving the day for us ! We had quality food to feed the starving (and grumbling) masses. Kayla should be noted somewhere in the Isaac's lore of over-achieving people.

We went here for dinner and we was seated where we could see into the kitchen. Never have I seen a more dirty kitchen in an establishment. The floor had paper scattered allover it. No attempt to clean anything up was made. My husband and I were both appalled. We left immediately. The manager was made known of this by my husband.

great fish sandwich

Food is always fresh. I suspect because they go their supplies quickly. Not like other restaurants where who knows how long it sits. Their lunchmeat is always fresh. Broccoli salad is delish! Tomato pepperjack soup is very good. Constantly fresh, tasty food. Baby carrots as a side is a healthy option that I appreciate. Service is fast and friendly. A Lancaster icon!

My husband and I got take out from here on our way to the Zoo for Mothers Day. We understood it was busy and we were told it was a 25 minute wait for takeout. An hour later after we are about to request a refund our food ended up being ready. The kitchen staff complete ignored take out orders trying to catch up on dine in. When we got on the road and started eating, both of our orders were wrong. Can’t even request a refund because we paid in cash. This was my husbands first experience here and safe to say we will never go to another Issac’s ever again. If we would have been told they were really behind and unsure of how long it would be or told they were extremely short staffed we would have gladly went somewhere else. Way to starve a pregnant lady on her first Mother’s Day just to make a buck.

I went TO pick up two sandwiches, BLT and Corn beef. LATER week IN THE noticed I WAS CHARGED 181.00. MY FAULT, BUT CHECK YOUR RECEPTS ALWAYS. ACCIDENT MOST LIKELY. JUST IN CASE CHECK EVERYWHERE.

I go this place quite often and have lived the area my entire life. The truth is there is nowhere that has worse value for your money. But that’s not even the worst part, the service at this location is TERRIBLE. I don’t know if they are understaffed to the max or what. But today I waited 30 minutes for 2 kids meals. About 7 or 8 people walked in and out without being seated. The service is just horrendous. Even the guy who was taking orders was slow. Safe to say i’ve had enough isaac’s for awhile

I ordered and paid online... When I went in the store to pick up my food, I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without anyone ackowledging me. A manager walked by me 3 times without a word spoken; another worker sat a dine-in customer to their table then stood behind the counter without asking if I needed help.
The store temperature was a frigid 65 degrees. The service is as cold as the HVAC system.

The server was incredible. My granddaughter was unhappy with the Tomato Soup and her kids meal and he gladly substituted something else and let her even try a little sample to make sure she liked it. The Larkspur is wonderful and the macaroni. And cheese is definitely a good portion for kids.

I had the larkspur vegetarian sandwich. It was light and flavorful. The texture was perfect. The people behind the counter were friendly. The beer flight was good, but not a large variety of options.

Great place to stop in for lunch. Sandwiches are always good, love the pickled veggies they put out. Michelle was very friendly and personable waitress.

Should check the place out if in the area.

I ordered end of December through Grubhub. The Hummingbird sandwich was awesome as usual - loved that they put the extra Ikey’s sauce on the side. Wasn’t a fan of the Clam Chowder
Ordered again yesterday, this time a salad and added chicken. The Ranch is soooo good, chicken was dry though. Cauliflower Bisque was very good!

Went here on Wednesday night. Sign on the door that they didn’t have dining room service did to lack of staff. They were allowing people to get to go orders and eat them in the dining room. The food we got was good. Service was fast and accurate. The beer I got was ok, seemed sort of flat or old.
