Great food. Got two cheese steaks that ended up being enough for 4 people. Wow great sandwich and wow the site was unreal. Worth every penny. Gotta try this place. Won't disappoint.

Papa's has great pizza, but Papa's has gone downhill in the recent years (post 2021). I moved to the Mount Joy area in 2019, and used Papa's religiously for all my pizza, wing, sub, etc needs. Never had a problem, always had pleasant service. Great pizza, great food. Recently, there has been a severe uptick in incorrect orders. Toppings combined on the wrong side, specialty pizzas showing up with no toppings, incorrect style of pizza, etc. I have had nearly all of my orders be incorrect in some fashion within the last year and a half or so. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt, and just brushed it off as a one time incident, but with my most recent order again coming home incorrect, I just had to say something. Papa's is good, but for your own peace of mind, double check your order before you leave the store.

Pizza is really good, but I suggest eating fresh as it's best! Everyone was super nice, and the young waitress was really helpful n super sweet!!! 10/10 would recommend.

On Tuesday, 11/28, I ordered a pizza from this business. My order was taken, I paid for the delivery, but it never came! I contacted the delivery service, and after two phone calls, I found out that the place was CLOSED! No warning, no one answered the phones! No way to run a business. I even sent them an email to discuss the situation, but as of this writing, I've received no response. A former customer!
