As much as i love sonic i hate to complain but it was terrible. Ordered the supersonic & meatlover burritos. Wait was about 10-15 minutes which i didn't mind because only 1 guy working but the burritos were small and missing ingredients, definitely not the usual. Tots were warm too, so not sure what took so long. I might have to rethink coming back.

We pulled into Sonic after visiting my brother up the road. I am GF and diabetic with other allergies and can get away with certain things if prepared correctly. So I sat there and prepared my order. I ordered a triple smash bacon burger with no cheese or bread and sauce on the side. I also got a coney Island 1ft dog with chili on the side. And my fiancee ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. We already had our drinks as I cannot have citric acid. After a few minutes out order came out. Unfortunately 3 items was too much. The hot dog never made the order. Not sure why or how, but we had to make a second order with the hot dog and pay again. I am curious why this is such a problem with fast food places anymore? It seems to be everywhere. At 15.00 an hour or more I would do that job like no other. Is it really that hard to take an order?
Dietary restrictions: Order without bread or cheese or nightshades and you have your dietary options.
Could not tell if the car service was open or not. Even while we were sitting outside eating the cars that did pull up there pulled out and went through the drive-thru window. I've had better experiences. Can't really pick dine in because everything is Sonic is basically take out. Even if you eat their you eat outside or in your car.
The $1.99 double cheeseburger special was very good! I enjoyed it a lot

Wow... don't even... cold fries with cold queso sauce; my smash burger was good until my friend found not 1 but 2 very long hairs in her...one of the hairs attached to some kind of sticky food. One server came out for burger and apologized and ordered another burger for her-no offer of refund_ doubt the "manager" if there is one, will see the evidence. Never again for me!

Only saw one person and we were in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. In fact they didn’t answer speaker and we had to drive up to window to order . Staff was inside trying to eat . I would assume no relief for a break. Sat at window for 8 minutes before anyone came to it. Have been here many times first time we had a problem . It was mid day .

On 6-5-2024 Sonic was closed with cones blocking the parking lot and the drive-thru at 12:04PM. They should have opened at 10:00AM.

We waited around 30-45min for food. Corndog was not cooked all the way, fries were cold, sandwich was warm, drink was good (Limeade Slush).
First went to order at outside parking and waited 5 minutes and no one answered. So went to drive through and Ordered 5 piece chicken strips meal. They gave me the fries (terrible) and a cheese steak. I took it back up to window and told them I ordered chicken strips. They gave me chicken strips. I asked about getting money back since the cheese steak meal cost more. They said we can give you the chicken strips but no money even though I paid more for the cheese steak meal. Then when I tried to get my money the girl said "I am done!" She walked away and a boy came up and said we will only correct your meal, not refund you for paying the higher price. That is no way to treat customers.

Seriously will never go back. Had a visit on 5/30/2024. The bun on burger was as hard as concrete. The tator tots and fries were extremely old or the oil was well over the expiration time. The picture shows how some of the oil crystalized. Spent 25 dollars on food and the only thing we actually had was the sodas. I tried calling the store several times and no one bothered to answer. So very disappointed. My fault I guess, for doing fast food. Dont bother responding that you can expedite my experience to the owner. Already contacted corporate and contacted the state to do a food safety check. Management should feel ashamed and embarrassed of running a business like this.

I still have not eaten here. I spent 30 minutes trying to order- first at the kiosk and then at the drive thru two hours before closing- because my children had always wanted to try it. Pushed the button at the kiosk, and sat for 15 minutes. I saw people go through the drive thru but when we got to the speakers, no one spoke, so we pulled around and sat for 10 minutes but gave up. Went to Burger King and had food within 5 minutes.

Went here the other week before a concert for dinner. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and my fiance got the garlic butter burger. Both burgers were good, however we had a small complaint with each of ours. Mine was that the bottom bun seemed a little hard or stale. My fiance had raw onions, when they were supposed to be grilled. The tater tots that came with were on point, very crispy. Also wish they had a bathroom customers who eat there could use

Not a great experience. I'm trying to be optimistic when I say we wait 35 minutes for our mobile order. We order 5 milkshakes and my mom didn't get the one she ordered.
