I had to do an emergency shift in my dinner plans for a large group and had to place a last minute order. The two gents were able to accommodate our order as quickly as possible

I understand working shorthanded however there needs to be a little common sense. An older man working, I assume management so he should know better but ignoring customers that are in your store to work on mobile orders does not make sense. After a 15 minute wait he told me that he needed to work on a mobile order before taking my order. He was the only one working and said that they were short staffed. I told him during dinner time (this was 5:15 to 5:35pm) if only one person is working than it would only make logical sense to turn off the mobile orders. 3 customers, myself included, left without ordering because a mobile order took precedence over in store customers. This is poor management and poor customer service. Many establisments turn off mobile orders when they can not keep up but for whatever reason this man thought having customers walk out was a better option.

The lady who runs this is rude and racist. Everytime my husband goes into pick up our food she asks for his ID but when I go on a white female she never ask me for my ID. She is always very rude I will never come back there again I will drive to Elizabethtown from now on

If I could give this place 0 stars, I probably would have. They are not friendly at all, tried to overcharge us, and they did not prepare the food properly. I miss how good subway used to be.

So stingy and cheap. When your this greedy and tight...it make me wander what shenanigan's are now being hidden behind the newly added shield?Too bad the owner is a blight on the entire Subway Chain.

I usually place my order on the app but decided to go in and order this time. I get the same turkey sub every time but this time it was around $15. Usually it’s around $10. When I questioned it they said if I order inside they have to charge me for the most expensive turkey sub but if I order on the app it’ll be the same price as I’ve always paid. This doesn’t make much sense to me. If you don’t want to overpay, use the app. Or do your self a favor and go to another Subway like I will from now on. On top of this issue they always mess up your order and it never tastes as good as other Subways. It’s a shame because this is the closest one to me, but I’d rather drive further and get a decent sub.

This is the worst subway in the area. They never accept coupons and they always mess something up in your order. They are always very light on toppings and ingredients. Incompetent staff, rude owners only care about money not customer service. The lady who owns it is very stingy and doesn't care at all about customers.

Subway is always a good choice Friendly Fast and CleanBUT - it's a shame this location does NOT take coupons..Very disappointing. I am a coupon user..and so I my individual I work with.. He plans his money accordingly.Thank you to the staff that helped a young man get his food.

Why does the Subway in Mount Joy, PA not follow the code of others. When asked about the buy one get one free they responded that they don’t do that at that location
Good, quick subs especially if you don't necessarily want a foot long sub.

1st time there , new to area , last time there, they will not take coupons, so I’ll find a different subway in the future. It’s the owners choice not to take coupons, but don’t worry about me , I won’t be back .
