Went threw drive threw. Lady at drive threw was snippy. She told us to drive to the second window for our total. I ordered the new crispy chicken ranch burrito a cheesy bean and rice burrito extra sour cream no spicy. Cinnamon twist. Nacho bellgrande no tomatoes no beef extra sour cream. And a large cup of water. And 2 potato tacos. We get to the window she said your here for Abby I said no. She said I don't have your order. I said okay then went to order she said o never mind its right here 12.75 I said um thats not possible got everything I ordered what is on the order she starts yelling the order back not my order I said no I didn't order that I ordered and went down she said you need to bare with me its a long day. Yelling this i said I understand. She then continues to yell and say are you going to pay or not so I can hand you this bag. I said no I want the right order your not listening to me. She said you need to pay now. I said Im not paying for nothing we will go elsewhere. She screamed again at us while leaving. I called the store while sitting in the parking lot and the manager offered no help or resolution just a im sorry ill speak to her. Don't waste your time. Extremely rude

Coming here is like getting together with your favorite people, and the food is excellent; fresh, hot, and made to my specifications. They never get mad or show any signs of being put out just because you need to ask for changes due to allergies or dietary restrictions. It is also the only place that has really tasty vegan options. Frankly, how they keep up with the ever-changing details of the constantly changing menu is beyond me. It takes a really sharp brain to do this job, and it seems like this branch especially seems to go out of its' way to hire the best and the brightest.

I usually come to this one since the one closer to me is close but honestly I just rather wait til they open the drive thru chick really needs to get her attitude in place she was rude then when I drive away she’s signing hearts with her fingers and the peace like this is ur job be patient or maybe find another employment
