To the manager on shift tonight, I as a dasher commend you. Drive-through AND the registers were busy. I stopped in 4 times for 4 different orders and each time you made sure to stop what you were doing and picked up where the rest of the team was slacking. I watched you work the line, run the window and take care of the lobby and other mobile orders. You’re doing great and as much of an “it’s one of those days” kind of shifts it seemed to have been , you held up and maintained.

I placed an order online to pick up at the drive thru. My daughter ordered a Baja blast freeze. At the window I asked if they could make it with part baha blast and part vanilla cream flavors together. They eventually stated that there was no button for it. I told her that they were both the same price so it shouldn't matter. She said it doesn't matter and walked away. Someone else brought me the food. I asked if he was the manager and he said no he could get them but maybe he could help me. I told him what the other person said and he told me they don't have a button for it because they don't sell that anymore. I told him that I know that but could he just mix them in the same cup. He told me no and that he could get fired. I eventually told him to just get me another cup of the other dlavor and we would mix it ourselves. We typically order from there about once a week and our total was more than $50 which I feel is outrageous for a fast food place. I have worked in the restaurant industry for about 25 years and I have never denied someone or been denied such a simple request. That and along with them forgetting something at least 3 times prior will most likely make this a place I will no longer order from.

We hadnt stopped at a Taco Bell in months because of persistent LACK of customer service which they have become so well known for. Today we decided to change things up and give them another chance. We walked in to this Taco Bell and the gentleman at the counter took our order! - and it was delivered promptly. This place gets 5 stars for great customer service.

Food is fine. Service is HORRIBLE for walk-ins. The past 3 times I have had to flag someone down to take my order. I understand they have a lot on their plate, but a simple “Be there in a moment” would suffice. Instead, I was actively ignored and could tell they were hoping I’d just leave. Honestly the worst service I’ve ever encountered in fast food. That’s saying something LOL. Maybe they’re in a bad mood because it’s as cold as the North Pole in there.

Genuinely the most goated Taco Bell, ignore all the bad reviews fr they are not representative of reality fr. I eat here near daily and in the MANY YEARS I’ve eating here they’ve only messed my order up twice. Staff is always super nice and the food is always absolute peak. I’ve been to many Taco Bells and this one is the absolute best. Everytime I order food they stuff it completely full, every burrito I get is absolutely filled to the brim like it’s about to bust. Genuinely staff deserves a pay raise, I cannot hype this Taco Bell up enough.
Also my go to order is the Supreme Luxe Box, like it’s actually a steal with how much food you get and also always order online for rewards points fr it’s worth it for the extra free food.
