Bad service, had to wait 20 minutes after being seated to meet our waiter. Food portion sizes are awful. About $8 and you get 4 Mozzarella sticks, all of which were the size of my thumb. Won't let you order boneless wings for 50 cent wingnight. I have a bone to pick with this place. Main redeeming quality is they have a nice bar and happy hour. Atmosphere is good too.

I can't say anything about the food because we weren't able to eat there. One of the ladies in the front told us just 5 minutes, didn't take our names or anything because supposedly they were cleaning a table for us. Well long story short more people came after us and another girl took their names and sat them before us, didn't ask if we were taken care of, but ignored us. Thanks for showing how people don't know customer service. Coming from out-of-state trying to enjoy a place locally, it looks really bad on them.

I’ve been going to Baileys for years but today was probably the last time I will never go there again. The salad itself was out of a bag and spoiled., on top of that were two cucumber slices and three pieces of tomato along with steak that was very tough and onion strings for $18. It had no crumbled blue cheese as it did in the past, it was just a small plastic container with something that was supposed to be blue cheese salad dressing, but probably the cheapest they could find.. my friend had lettuce with three chicken strips on it and nothing else for $14. , looked horrible, and no presentation whatsoever. The waitress brought me another bowl of lettuce and said I could put my vegetables and steak on that and I think she brought my friend some veggies for her so-called salad. She did apologize.The atmosphere was horrible, people were listening to some kind of sports on their phone, and it was very loud, even two tables away from us. I politely ask them to turn it down, and they were very rude and said we were going to hear it anyhow, even though they would turn it down.. management continued to seat people right next to these folks and just ignored the issue. I don’t mind spending money for decent food but $56 was a bit much for the poor quality and spoiled food that we received. If you’re visiting the area please find somewhere else to go because the quality has gone down tremendously and the prices have increased. I did call and spoke to the manager and quite honestly she really wasn’t too concerned but I’m thinking maybe she should be considering their overall review is a 3.8.!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We were visiting from Jersey & picked this place based on previous reviews. We were very disappointed, 1st once you walk in it smells mildewed & old, but we still gave it a chance. The ONE ok item was my cocktail but the rest went downhill. The rolls served were hard as a rock barely able to eat. Chicken wings tasted like they were frozen, not fresh although we were told they were fresh…no way that was true. Then house salad had wilted bad lettuce in between good lettuce on our plates. I ordered plain fettuccine (no meat). That was served very dry & I had to ask for extra sauce. We did complain to the waitress about the poor food quality we were offered a complimentary dessert. At this point we did not want to eat anything else from the place. The check came I disputed being charged $26.99 for chicken Alfredo (I had NO MEAT). The manager came out & said she cannot adjust the charge that’s the meal I ordered (she can’t adjust the price because I did not want chicken). We were so disgusted how that manager handled that we put the cash on the table & walked out…unless you have no pallet or enjoy mediocre food I suggest you stay clear of this smelly outdated over priced poor food quality restaurant.

We ordered three meals..2 of them they did not charge us for after pushing the issue that i was not paying for garbage...they were terrible.. Do not recommend scallops and crab meat meal...also Chicken dinners not recommended . When we first complained they offered us free dessert and expected us to pay for the two garbage meals. Here's the sad part ,we waited three days For them to open, we were so excited to go there. Atmosphere very nice. Waitress very Kind. A woman manager Was not to receptive at firstregarding our awful meals. I don't like posting negative reviews.. However they need to step it up a notch..
Well this is the 2nd bad experience within a few month's, I never had any bad experiences with paying the bill, I put 60.00 cash & a credit card for the bill, I assumed the waitress would question the 60.00 cash, we were busy talking, the girl took the bill, cash, & credit card, awhile later brought the bill to sign &; noticed I got charged the full 125.70 on check no mention of 60.00 went back in on check? I signed the check, went back inside to find waitress & asked what she did with 60.00 cash she said I took it as a tip without asking me if it was for tip, she was floored when I demanded it back, a 60.00 tip was really outrageous to give, I should have never given her 20.00 she was very dishonest, I'll never go to Baileys in Mt Pocono again, the food is overpriced & the food is sub standard.....

Had reservations for 7:30 got there at 7 table wasn’t quite ready with a more then half empty restaurant. Rolls were hard as a rock. Took way too long to even just get our drinks water & soda. For this very reason we tried to place our appetizers and entree orders together to kill time but the waitress refused. Tried to help her by letting her know that the bill would be split she didn’t want to hear it at that moment. When food came out some was cold or Luke warm. Never got refills nor checked on between appetizers and entrees. The experience took 2 1/2 hrs and the manager was less then helpful.

We wanted to try something outside of the Kalahari Water Park and Resort and we were glad we found Bailey's. It was only a 10 minute drive from Kalahari. The pulled pork and ribs were great and so was the mussels with garlic butter we had as an appetizer. The wait staff was amazing but they do get busy. There is a reason why this family own business has been around for so long. Definitely give this place a try when you are in town like we were. Did I mention it was kid friendly with quite a number of options on their kid's menu? Definitely planning on coming back.
