Bella Villa Pizza & Restaurant

This is the pizza spot in the poconos I live closer to two other ones but I'll travel just to go here. Margherita pizza is unreal, and the garlic knots are more garlic than knot, my favorite. Prices are good and they got a customer for life, would recommend to a friend 10/10.

I stopped here for a couple slices. I was here about a year ago and it was good but not that good. However this time it was awesome. I got a plain slice and a pepperoni slice. The plain was awesome. Outstanding! I don’t really get plain pizza anymore because I’ve had it 9,000 times and I prefer specialty pizza, but this plain pizza was absolutely awesome. The pepperoni was okay, but to me it didn’t have much flavor. I’m not sure why, I can’t really pinpoint it. Anyway, I’d definitely go back for the plain for sure.

Excellent pizza, canollis and tiramisu.
New York style pizza was loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. The canolli was stuffed to order and was one of the best I've ever had. The tiramisu was excellent.

As a native New Yorker, it's tough to find a place who claims to be a New York pizzeria, and actually be just that. The pizza, the food, and especially the beef patties with cheese are on point. Great place to eat and great people there.

Most awesome GLUTEN FREE PIZZA. The sauce was delicious the crust was crispy and thin pepperoni was on point very happy and pleased with this gluten-free pizza. The other item ordered was regular pasta with sausage and extra side order of Meatballs. Very delicious! Perfect pizza place to pop in . hop in a table sit down after Order at the counter.

We rented a house for a few days to enjoy the lake and mountains in the Poconos. We spent one day hiking around Lake Tobyhana for a few hours doing the 5 miles. We were starving when we were done and craved pizza! Our Airbnb host recommended this place for pizza.

The inside is small but quaint with a television playing. We were greeted right away, and since we were a party of 8, the young man that greeted us put 2 tables together for us. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 liter sodas, meatballs, and rice balls. While we waited for our food, they brought out a few complimentary garlic knots, and these got our appetite going even more, as they were warm, soft, and delicious!

The pizza came out, and at first bite, I was so impressed! The sauce was flavored wonderfully, the sausage atop the pizza was sliced thin which was a nice change from crumbles! The crust was soft with perfect amount of chewiness! My son ate the rice balls, and he said they were wonderful! They were stuffed with meat and veggies along with the rice. The meatballs were good too.

We chatted with the owner throughout the meal and asked if they were Italian since half of our group was Sicilian. They are immigrants from Guatamala and a family run business! I was impressed with their mastery of authentic Italian flavors! The father cooked the pizza while the younger son served us our food with affable manners! We learned the matriarch was out shopping for fresh ingredients with the other son, so everyone actively works the business! We were so impressed with the food and service and will seek this place out again next time we travel the area!

Honestly the meatballs are horrible. Pizza was a 3 out of 10 rating.garlic knots were good .also we ordered mild wings and they were covered in hot sauce and kids could not eat them way to spicy for mild. Most importantly the customer service (non-existent)the attitude of kid at front counter extremely horrible. I'll stick to NINO C'S.
