This is by far the worst location for customer service. The manager is very rude he doesn’t wanna give his name he was working on Thursday March 20, 2025 the order was delivered to the wrong address and I ordered it online and it was something wrong with the online portal. I called DoorDash and they wasn’t much help they tired to get the order redelivered then the manager told the driver that he can’t give free food mind you I paid my money for an order I never got. I called the store to speak to the manager at this location in the evening he wasn’t helpful he try to say something about how I’m speaking on the phone and he keeps on saying that DoorDash is gonna refund me. This is not true because they said that it’s Burger King that has to refund me. Called DoorDash again and they said it the store so I don’t know why this manager with the no name doesn’t wanna give me a refund on my order this is made online not with DoorDash they only deliver the order. I want my money back I kept contacting customer service and they are not getting back to me. I hope the general manager see this and get me my money back and files a complaint on the manager with the no name that doesn’t want to help me. In addition, I don’t want to keep going through this I want my money back asap. I will not order from this location again they won’t get no more of my money. This Resturant owes me $17.91 for an order I never received. I was a loyal customer to this location and now I will not spend no more money here at all!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would . Everytime I order from this place something is either missing or cold . When you call to speak to the manager you can clearly tell that they don’t care . This place needs new management.
I've always been a Burger King customer. This one needs to attend to the bathrooms more often. The tables and high chairs need to be cleaned more often
