I will say the food was hot this time. I will say that it was definitely made without pride. Yes it’s a burger joint but 10 pickles on a cheeseburger and ketchup slopped everywhere is actually an improvement over the last time I went there. Food was ice cold. I did ask for soda with no ice and it had ice I asked them to fix it I got an attitude. I’m hoping next time I can give a better review

Food was ok, but the drinks stationary bathrooms were both filthy. The cashier that took our order had sunglasses and a bandana and didn't really greet or thank us. My wife and daughter ordered behind me and they waited 20 minutes before asking a out her order to find out it had been missed.

Subject: Urgent Food Safety Concern – Mount Pocono, PA Burger King

Dear Burger King Customer Care,

I am writing to report a very concerning incident that occurred on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at approximately 8:30 AM at the Burger King location in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania.

I purchased a meal from this restaurant, and upon eating, I immediately noticed that the food had a strong taste of what seemed to be a cleaning chemical or cleaning product. This raised serious concern for my health and safety, as I am now in fear of possible illness or poisoning.

Additionally, when I placed my order at the drive-thru, the employee (a lady at the window) instructed me to reverse back to a “yellow pole.” I complied, although I was unsure why this was necessary. From that position, I no longer had a clear view of the food preparation area, which further concerns me about what may have happened to my order.

This experience has left me deeply unsettled, and I want to ensure this is investigated promptly so no other customers face the same issue. Please advise me on what steps will be taken to address this matter, and whether I need to seek medical attention due to possible food contamination.

Burger King needs more staff. Does soda machine never has ice when we go you have to get it from the back or they're always don't have any particular soda that you want.

Stay away from the Burger King on the rest area on 476 at about mile post 80.. The food is mediocre. The service is -5. The automated ordering system is complicated and malfunctioning. The service people were rude, unhelpful and very distant. This system should be reevaluated or shut down permanently. The lines were long on the waiting area. Crowded. Staff made no attempt to make it easier on anyone. When the food finally came your name was shouted out and the food handed through the crowd to you. Close this damn place down soon

Drive thru order. After being on line for 25 minutes. The guy taking the order was unbelievably rude. First, by having an attitude when I said hello into the monitor because I wasn't sure if it was working. Then he took my order which were meals that included drinks but never asked what kind of drinks we wanted as if we didn't have a choice and just gave me the total. Then when I pointed out which flavor drinks were for which meals he told me that I could have just told him the number of each kind of drink flavor. Really??? Was it too much to tell him which drink went with which meal. I know they usually put all the drinks together in a cup holder but I was trying to remember which sodas were ordered for which meals. The manager said his name is Quasum. Probably not even his real name. Customer service is just as important as food and atmosphere. Working in Burger King is a job. A job that requires good Customer Service when you are taking orders. That's what you get paid for. If you are having a bad day put it aside and earn your pay check. Left $40 worth of food. Maybe you don't care but I don't think corporate would feel the same.

I've never had such a positive experience at a fast food place. The big guy at the counter was super nice to me and my crazy little kids. And the order was right with every weird exception.
