the cold brew coffee was great, the worker was very nice and friendly. both days we went they were out of the breakfast sandwiches we wanted but that’s not the workers fault. overall great place if you’re staying at the hotel.

I stay in the hotel yesterday in the winter storm and went to get coffee with my wife and friends and the service was amazing they where 2 person and they where beautiful and very friendly and the manager was wonderful this will make me come back to.get coffee everytime I come to the casino thank u Melissa

Visited and purchased a medium brown sugar cinnamon latte . Melissa took care of me . Super rude not friendly at all. Spent 30 dollars trying to get a decent latte . Latte was lukewarm and extremely milky. Didn’t complain. Decided to just purchased a double shot of expresso. I asked her to toss the latte out . She then asked was there something wrong with the latte ? I told her it was to milky. She then proceeded to explain to me what a latte consists of . As a fellow barista running several Starbucks for the last 30 years . “I know exactly what a latte is your espresso just sucks” . Instead of providing excellent customer service and remeding the issues she then comments on how we are lucky she here in a snow storm and it wouldn’t be so bad if everyone is tipping. 30 dollars later on two horrible lattes, a cannoli , double shot of espresso and horrible customer service. I will patronize this establishment again . This experience was mainly due to the service provided by Melissa . Cafe Matto needs to do better with their staffing . Could have got better service at Mc Donald’s .
