I ordered a dozen of a specific donut and waiting on the curbside pickup for 15-20 minutes and all they brought out only 1 of that donut smh they are so slow 👎👎👎👎

We went inside to order and the first thing we see is "please use screen to order" which is fine with me. We ordered a Iced mocha and Peppermint mocha and 4 donuts. 2 of which they didn't have and instead of a Peppermint mocha they gave us a plain iced coffee. When everything was fixed after waited ten minutes we went to enjoy our donuts and coffee to have my two replacement donuts be stale! For being in the Poconos I thought it be better then Dallas I was for sure mistaken.

First of all, your servers are rude. We got there and we tried to order through your kiosk, I asked your server how to scan in my mobile app to get the points for my rewards which I always do. The boy who works there seems like he does not like what he is doing. I guess he does not want to be disturbed because he is cleaning. He looks upset that he had to do our order and not on the kiosk. Mind you it is only 5:23PM. When he put our orders he did not even informed us that it is ours. He prepared my order wrong. I paid for a large drink but he made me a small one. When we asked him if it is ours, he said yes, we told him we ordered large. So, he made a large size. Fortunately, I checked on the drinks. I saw something in my drinks. I told him I am just getting the small one instead of the large because who knows what he did to my drinks. We did not yell or showed him any attitude. Instead, he was the one giving us that rude attitude. After giving us the order he continued cleaning and making loud sounds with the equipments. If I can give this a zero rating I will. Dunkin please investigate this location. It will ruin your reputation. Next time, I will just order to another coffee shops.

BEWARE OF FRAUD** This place has employees and a store manager (working together to scam) who deliberately do not return your card after payment to hold it and copy all your information down to commit fraud. File a complaint to the local authorities so this place can be held accountable for their actions.

Picked up my mobile order and my English muffin was not toasted so I called to let the manager know in case there was something wrong with the toaster. I was told to return the sandwich to the store, which by the way I could not do because I was on my way to an appointment. Apparently, there’s nothing wrong with the toaster. Customer service in this store needs work, and the manager needs to be a little more empathetic and understanding. I understand that it’s busy, but I do not feel like it’s too much to ask for the toaster to be used properly.

The gentleman at the window was Positively Wonderful. Service with a smile and a wish for a "Blessed, Wonderful day". Frozen coffee was so good that we came back for a second and unfortunately we had to park and see the "Sad"shape of the Building, especially the Bathroom. It was like an Old Gas station bathroom. No paper towels. Garbage on floor. Dirty everything and a very nasty Toilet. What a shame. I can only Pray ? that their Prep station is up to Code cuz their Bathroom sure Isn't!!

Super disappointinggggg. Actually convinced my Canadians to go to Dunkin’ instead of Starbucks because my Boston locations are always phenomenal this location really dgaf. My bacon is cold and COVERED in some seasoning and salt absolutely inedible with a sip of water after each bite and an incoming heart attack. Never had that before. Asked if my drink was made with milk or cream. Kid said milk. Got my drink creamier than a mf and after 5 other people who ordered after me got their drinks and I had to remind them. Location is everything and this location is top notch garbage. It has 1 star because I can’t do zero. Disappointing to say the least. Management should pretend to care at the least when you request a fix or change like so sorry you didn’t want to do the job right the first time and I’m asking for bare minimum quality. I’ll even add my friends hasbrowns where flat cold and just tasteless

I came here a total of three times. Each time that I’ve been here, the customer service is terrible. I decided to get some snackin bacon and 2 lattes for myself and my mom. We love the warm sugar and spice in the bacon. I was here last week and purchased some that I snacked on while driving home. It was nice and warm. Today however; the bacon is ICE COLD. I take it inside and is rudely greeted by a girl named Isabella. She has the most disgusting aura and energy. I told her my bacon was cold and she rudely said that it’s sold at room temperature. I informed her that I was just there last week and got two nice warm and crispy snacking bacons. Isabella then rudely stated that it’s company rules to serve it at room temperature. The fact that she tried to gaslight me by saying she worked there for two years and it’s never been served hot was insulting. So was I dreaming when I ate it warm LAST WEEK at this exact location???? Inside the kitchen is disgusting. Food crumbs and spills are everywhere. I decided to return everything. They are handling dirty money and credit cards while preparing food. Two young ladies there alone with poor customer service skills.
