Walking service, we had a great experience Cleanly place friendly staff, efficient fast best shaken espresso I’ve had in my life. Thanks yall. Only thing I could honestly say is my bagel seemed slightly stale but I was so hungry it didn’t matter. Ps that shaken espresso was the bees knees

We go to this Dunkin almost everyday but everytime I request oatmilk they give me almond milk instead. Which I am allergic to. Please make sure you are putting in the right ingredients, I just want to enjoy my drink without worrying about getting violently ill.

They were out of oat milk. They didn’t have any bottled products except for water no milk and they were out of sausage and cheese and when I asked for bacon, they said well we’re out of bacon too and egg.

Today, on June 13th 2025. It is now 4:40 PM I stopped by the Dunkin here and it was horrible. The drive through person. It looked like he didn't even want to be there. He gave me cold bacon, bad coffee. I'm going to ask them to heat up my bacon. He looked like he wanted to stab me in the eye. I would never visit this place again. The place was dirty. The atmosphere was horrible and it's definitely not a place I will bring my child to ever again

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since it opened every single Sunday. Today we encountered a manager named Makayla who was so rude it was humiliating. Even tho the dining lobby was open and others were sitting eating, when it was our turn to get to the front of the line she loudly told us we can’t eat in the lobby or place an order but they left her understaffed and she’s taking the register guy away. When I said my kids and I wanted to eat in the lobby and they just took every one else on line she simply said oh well your gonna wait a very long time and walked off. My kids and I left.
