The gentleman at the window was Positively Wonderful. Service with a smile and a wish for a "Blessed, Wonderful day". Frozen coffee was so good that we came back for a second and unfortunately we had to park and see the "Sad"shape of the Building, especially the Bathroom. It was like an Old Gas station bathroom. No paper towels. Garbage on floor. Dirty everything and a very nasty Toilet. What a shame. I can only Pray ? that their Prep station is up to Code...

I'm a Dunkin fiend and love to stop here on my way to work or any other opportunity Ican take advantage of. The weekday morning shift crew all seem nice and committed to providing good customer service, from my experiences. At this point, they recognize me when I pull up. A while back I did have a couple issues in a short time span, but those were corrected with ease, and it's been an good lately.

January 2024

I go here all the time. Sometimes I do drive through orders. Sometimes I go in the store and sometimes I do mobile orders. Every single time the staff are very pleasant and friendly. My orders are always correct. Absolutely excellent service. Whoever is managing it needs to be commended on picking great staff with great attitudes.
