This place is pretty cute. It’s tucked away on one of the sides streets so it’s easy to miss. The food is decent. No complaints, no major compliments either. What’s nice about this place was the decor. They have a lot of interesting nick nacks to look at. They have this cabinet with this train set by the bathrooms. Also up front by the counter they have random bunch of antiques that you can buy. I was tempted to buy the antique ice cream scoop, but it looks hard to maintain. It’s still there if you want. Like most of the places around the area that are family owned, they sell local goods like maple syrup. Good morning pit stop

We were recently in the area for my best friends bachelorette party, which happened to be the same weekend as her birthday. I contacted Fork Street Bakery in September and let them know what kind of cake I was thinking about ordering. Not only did they respond super quickly, they also gave me amazing recommendations on what would be good. The price was also incredibly reasonably priced!

When I showed up the day of to pick up the cake, the staff was SO kind and helpful! Not only did the cake turn out beautiful & delicious, but we got coffees when we were there and it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.

I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone for their delicious food & amazing service! Thank you Fork Street!

I got the fiesta chicken salad. Everything was fresh and tasted so amazing. Also, the baked goods. Fresh. Flavorful. OMG. I got the pumpkin loaf and it was so good!

Would definitely eat here if you’re in town.

We stopped by Forks Street on a Sunday, and while the food was enjoyable and the atmosphere charming, the service left room for improvement. Our waitress only appeared to take our order and deliver our drinks. She didn't check in on us even once throughout the meal, didn't clear any plates, and after finishing our meal, we waited about 10-15 minutes before having to request the check ourselves upfront. The restaurant was only half full, yet the staff seemed preoccupied, chatting at the counter.

Interestingly, it was the back-of-house staff (the dishwasher) who delivered our food, provided napkins, and was truly attentive.

Service is such a big part of the dining experience! and I hope they can grow in this area. However, we will give them another try, as the food was good (with the potential to have exceptional brunch), with interesting specials, and the atmosphere was excellent.

It is very unfortunate how this restaurant is poor in the presentation & how poor the atmosphere is. I don’t know how this place is so highly rated, we called the location two hours prior to arriving asking whether if they could handle a large party of 10-14 people & they said they would accommodate when we got there. The white woman with the cornrows braids was extremely rude already felt unwelcome when we walked in because she gave us a nasty look after we got there she said “ I don’t know who you spoke to on the phone but we cannot do that. “ after being seated we got a dirty cup, the food on top of that was terrible. please do better, don’t waste your time coming here.

I can’t believe this place is so highly rated.

It was like walking into the twilight zone. Their idea of food was as if someone who had never eaten a regular American breakfast described to someone else what American breakfast should be. What was going on with the eggs? The butter tasted like the idea of butter. Potato cakes? Have you ever eaten drywall? I have. Challah toast was not challah. They were out of breakfast potatoes. It was nine thirty in the morning. Go if you want to have a wild experience.

We stopped by for a quick and delicious lunch after a long weekend at a nearby resort. Staff was extremely friendly and kind to my friend and I. I ordered the catfish po’boy and a latte which were both delicious. Great prices also!! Would gladly go back any time I’m in the area.
