Terrible experience - ordered a “shareable” app to eat in the restaurant and then 2 dishes to go tonight 3/29/25. Attached receipt was our order. Got home to find out we had 2 different meals - nothing we ever would’ve ordered! Also, how is 3 street tacos considered a “shareable” appetizer for 2 people?? And where is the extra shell that should come with an authentic street taco?! And no it wasn’t very busy at all. Would not recommend!

Burger decent. Nothing special. Meat too thin & lacked taste. And burger overpriced for quality & portion. Pork tacos were inedible. Pork dry & way over cooked. Waitress was great & took pork tacos off the bill. Partner could only eat a few bites of one of the 3 tacos. Atmosphere of restaurant had zero charm. Maybe Guy should just remain a personality of Food Network & not open any restaurants. Maybe I'm being too critical. Maybe his newly released cookware ( what took him so long ) will be a hit. But this restaurants food & atmosphere certainly was a disappointment.

Aris provided superior service. Thank you to her. I got the American BBQ ribs, which came with mac and cheese, collard greens, and cornbread. It says you can only get it at 4 pm but still ask. The meal tasted like someone's grandma made it. The meal was enough to split. 10 out 10.

The food was good- black and blue burger is highly recommended. The poor rating is for the hostess and manager who provided negative service for us. We checked in an hour before our reservation to make sure everything was fine and left a cake with the hostess. Upon returning 5 minutes before our reservation, we were told someone else checked in and took our reservation by lying about their name. We were told we could go somewhere because people lie all the time and they can't do anything about it

If you're trying to plan accordingly, do not rely on the restaurant to be reliable. Book somewhere else because you do not want to have to scramble and find new dinner plans at the last minute. The worst!

My husband and I ate here for breakfast 2 times and dinner 1 time over the 4 days we spent at the resort. The food was delicious and the portions are huge. Shout out to Melissa who served us dinner. She was awesome, friendly, and funny!

We ordered the Giant Pretzel, Pastrami Eggrolls, Strawberry Lemonade Sangria, Orange Creamsicle Milkshake, and two BBQ Rib dinners. The eggrolls were good. I would get them again, but they need to be bigger & more than 2 cut in half. They are more of a spring roll size. The milkshake was just a vanilla shake. Zero vodka. The Sangria was only Lemonade. The rib dinner mac & cheese tasted like Stouffers, the collard greens taste & looked like spinach. They was no smokiness, no flavor. Ribs was just ok. The giant pretzel was good.

Pass on the cauliflower shareable appetizer not sure what it tasted like. ?

The painkiller drink ok … cute cup I think they forgot the rum.

Asked to speak to the manager still waiting for him. ?

Drove off route to come here because really was expecting something else.
Presentation was pretty picture perfect.

We visited on Saturday night. It wasn't all that horrible however, our waitress never asked how we wanted our meat: rare med well. It came out very rare. The pulled pork sandwich that was shown on his show was good. Piled high. Buffalo wings too vinegar for me. Booth was very tight

I stood by the sign that said "please wait to be seated". I was basically ignored by an employee not 3 feet away. He was on the phone. I guess he was never trained how to greet a customer. So I just left. I don’t beg anyone to take my money.

Booze came in cute skeletons glasses! The milkshakes are to die for. Sandwiches and burgers are excellent. They use some sort of spices for the French fries and they are really good. Would definitely eat here again.

First time visiting this location. We were blown away by the kindness and attentiveness our server Neida and manager Rose gave us. Rose went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. Food was delicious, order the pretzel you won’t regret it!! We will definitely be returning soon.
