Over the last 20 years I’ve visited this KFC a few times. Never greatly impressed with the service and cleanliness by they’ve greatly improved. I get the whole wings with sides. Delicious.

My worst experience ever at KFC.. Took 25 min. and then I get home and my order was totally wrong. The chicken I did get was Burned which was a new experience for me. Terrible Terrible Experience 😢

The? Chicken was overcooked and grease logged. Seems like the grease wasn't changed for quite a while. Couldn't eat it Gorbage

Used mobile app. Food was lukewarm. Condiments ordered via app not included in bag. When I asked for them, they gave me one barbecue, one ranch and one butter for two meals. French fries were hard and old, threw half of them away because they were too hard to chew.

I just want to let Diane know that she needs to let ppl place their order without her talking over them. If I want to place an order for certain pieces in my meal and it’s costing me extra don’t tell me that these are the pieces it comes with because I didn’t ask you, just add the pieces I asked for and I’ll take care of cost. I honestly was talked over the whole time I ordered it’s crazy.
When you order some food and the person is telling what they want why is it that you are trying to change the order. Make sure you go back to school and learn or Kentucky needs to teach you better we are the customers we….

I ordered 8 pcs family meals this morning. The food was awful. There was larvas in my drumstick. Poor kids ate them before me. Hopefully they won’t get sick?
