We got takeout from the drive through today and it was delicious! The tenders were absolutely fresh and steaming, so good. The biscuits also were hot out of the oven. My daughter had the Mac n cheese and said it was very good. The woman who took our order and rang us up at the window was nice and friendly. Great experience overall and again, the food was so fresh and good.😊 highly recommend this place.

⭐☆☆☆☆ | Completely Unacceptable – Needs Immediate Intervention
This review is for KFC, and unfortunately, it is one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had.
Let me be very clear: the food is horrendous. The chicken is poorly prepared, lacks freshness, and tastes nothing like what KFC is supposed to represent. The biscuits are equally bad — dry, unappetizing, and frankly inedible. I would not serve this food to someone as a final meal, and that statement alone should explain how unacceptable this experience is.
Food handling and packaging is another major issue. This is not a one-time mistake. On multiple visits, food was placed inside the bag so carelessly that everything spilled — fries, sandwiches, chicken — all dumped into the bottom of the bag. When you open it, your meal is already ruined. This has happened repeatedly, not just once.
Cleanliness is alarming. If you walk inside instead of using the drive-thru, the condition of the store is unacceptable for a food establishment. The dining area and overall environment appear neglected, and it raises serious concerns about what is happening behind the scenes. This location needs daily, consistent cleaning and stronger oversight. At this point, it feels like cleanliness standards are either ignored or not enforced at all.
I want to be very clear about something:
This is not an emotional review.
This is not about one bad order.
I intentionally visited this location multiple times, on different days and at different times, before leaving a review. I do this because the public relies on honest feedback when deciding where to eat. Anyone familiar with my reviews knows I take this seriously and do not leave reviews lightly.
KFC as a brand can be decent. It may not be everyone’s first choice, but it is a familiar and convenient option. This location, however, should be avoided. I would strongly recommend driving past this KFC and choosing another restaurant entirely.
Overall rating: 1 out of 5 stars.
This store needs immediate attention from upper management. Staff retraining, stricter cleanliness standards, better food handling, and accountability are absolutely necessary. Customers deserve fresh food, proper packaging, and a clean environment — none of which are being delivered here.
Upper management: please intervene. This location needs help — badly.

Fresh yummy chicken; delicious and crunchy. Welcoming atmosphere and service. The most importantly this location has a corner to remind us who was a founder of KFC. It was pleasant to show kids those pictures and intorduce the founder.

I visit a KFC in Poughkeepsie in NY and this place doesn't compare. This one In Tannersville, Pennsylvania is a very large restaurant and very nice and it seems clean. I wish they can build one like this in my hometown area. My picky eater loves to come here for its macaroni and cheese.

People here are extremely SLOW.!! They don’t want to work at all. I’ve been waiting on 4 pieces of chicken for 30 long minutes and every time I asked they said 1 more min. This is ridiculous.!
I went into KFC yesterday. I got Mike's hot honey chicken sandwich and I saw the strawberry and cream poppers. My husband and I were able to order our chicken , but we were not able to order the poppers or any dessert for that matter, on the kios. I even showed the employee who was working on the register. I thought this was odd , but I did order it at the register . Mike 's hot honey chicken sandwich was nice and moist and very good. My husband got the chicken and waffles and they were good as well. Good customer experience
here.
Waited 20 minutes for simple order.

There are many different options to choose from. I had 3 chicken fingers with fries and a biscuit. Hubby had 3 pieces of chicken with Cole slaw, fries and buscuit.
