Best kfc ive ever had and the cashiers were absolute moggers. High quality and fast but not rushed, they missed a few things on my orders though like the plates, and they dont seem to do the free 10pc

I've been to this KFC in the past as being one of the only in the pocono area. The environment is a very clean and friendly place to eat. I've sat inside on many occasions with my son, and we both enjoyed it. The service was great and the food was very fresh. The tables were all clean and the floors were clean as well. Service was always fast, and everyone working there was always so friendly.
I'm not sure why they're rated 3.9 while they deserve 5.0 STARS. The service was fast even though they were closing, but they still served us. The chicken was tender and juicey, and the seasoning was MUCH better than NJ KFC. I'm not sure why, though, but overall the experience was good and the kids loved their chicken.

I've tried to go here 3 times in the past week and every time the dining room is closed and they only offer drive thru only. I cannot take my bike thru drive thru. This is very frustrating.

To start my order # 1993 Dec 24th 2023, I found pubic hairs In My my food, 2 times in my chicken mac and cheese wrap and then in my French fries. I can't express how disgusting. I chose kfc over Popeyes because I'm a traditional and loyal person. What a let down from kfc fast food, never again. This makes me think twice about fast food corporations when employee's are left to run and operate someone's business.....
