So I don't generally do this because what's the point, it's more for me to just vent out my high blood pressure (over something so stupid, yet beyond frustrating to me!) I just want to put it out there for those who may not know, These people serve their fish sandwich with a HALF a piece of cheese! & If you ask for extra cheese FOR $0.99 they then give you a full piece!!! So your saying i'm paying $11 for your meal & I'm only getting a half a piece of cheese!!! On top of that you're paying $7or$8 I think for only the sandwich & you're only getting a half a piece of cheese! what is happening McDonald'd?! It is the holidays as well, I know customer service, & for me & in my day & even now I try to actually HELP the customer & just give them a great day (what I was taught) (NOT ON ALL CASES I KNOW) ***remember this lady stood in business about CHEESE.*** So many workers now LOVE to stick it to the customer... & Get joy making them upset or not help on anyway. so you just say you know what I'll do, here is a piece of damn cheese! & Maybe a, so you know next time blah blah blah... but even still it's baffling to me that I paid $0.99 for a half a piece! then on top of that the sandwich alone is only served with a half a piece of cheese since when do sandwiches come with a half of piece of cheese!? & This is such a first world problem and I feel a little petty for even doing this, however I FEEL It's just ridiculous it only comes with a half piece in the first place. (Again my perspective, doesn't have to be yours:) Happy Holidays may your day be on you deserve ✌🏽

I’m changing my 5 star review to a 1 star one because of one of there employees. I’m sorry to say this but the cross eyed guy that works here at the night shift is extremely rude to customers. Someone needs to address this

The guy charged me 53 cents for a packet of sauce, after forgetting to include the one that came with my food in the bag already. I went to check the app after and they are 25 cents each (probably 27 with tax). Seemed like the light skinned male employee with dreads was trying to skim from each and every customer.

Rude staff. Waited at a speak while 3 other people were helped at the other. Tried to be polite ant tell the woman taking my credit card to have a nice day and got ignored and the window shut in my face. To top it off all the food I was served at 130pm with a line was cold. Cold fries and cold chicken. Actually impressed you can have food get cold with a line. Very disappointing. Worse team and food in the area.
I ordered a Big breakfast but removed the sausage only, but the lady instead took the Sausage and my pancakes. I had to pay an extra $4. The lady who I talk to was really rude. Even though on the receipt doesn't say removed pancakes.

The lady at the speaker was very rude and discourteous. I understand it's not a glamour job but just do your job. It was 1030, I inquired if they were still serving breakfast, she replied I don't know. I ask can you check. She came back and said, yeah we still have breakfast what do you want. I inquired about weather they had biscuits or bagels, she replied yeah what one you ou want. RUDE
