If ever, I hated a McDonald’s, it would be this one! I ordered and I can speak really good English!!!!! I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal, no ketchup, no onion with lettuce, tomato and pickle. What they gave me was a bacon quarter pounder of cheese, but it was hard and crispy on the edges and it only had ketchup only had pickle and it had cheese that look like It wouldn’t melt that’s what I got home too!! I had a large fly that was a third full! There was about eight french fries in the bag. The only thing they did was give me mayonnaise and ketchup One guy runs out of gas in the drive-through and everybody’s jumping in front of everybody because everybody’s dying of starvation or something like they’re nuts!!! 🥜 I don’t like Mount Pocono as it is, but this McDonald’s has probably had my last business. The lettuce, tomato and mustard and mayonnaise that I put on it is for me not from them. They literally only have catchup pickle and American cheese and I didn’t want pickle and I sure didn’t ketchup I’m in the bacon is gross. It’s all gross but I was starving so I had to dress it up and pull half of the beef patty off because it was too hard.

Overall it is acceptable as we all love McDonalds, however, the wait time for a simple meal is so loong. The store looks and feels UNDERSTAFFED. The crew wo took our order is not clear in telling us the order options of such meal. We need to clean our table before taking our seat. The ambiance/atmosphere inside this branch needs a REFRESH.....

Didn't even bother ordering when I saw the menu. I thought all McDonald's updated their menus. I went to order the McRib and a few of thier new items and nothing updated.
I eat at McDonald's all the time And this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. To start the food never made it out to curbside after waiting almost a half hour. The staff was ignorant and lazy and tried to lie and say that there was no number on the order when I was the only one out there on curbside. Whoever owns this McDonalds should be embarrassed.
