My husband and I decided to try Mi Casa for the first time. He wanted to order a dish that had some seafood in it and rice. Well he brought it home and we were upset the rice had no flavor. The clams were so small that you couldn't find the clam and they gave you three mussels and 3 small pieces of another seafood that was like rubber. I called to speak with the owner and of course the owner was not there . The woman that answered the phone took my name and number. Two days went buy and no call so my husband told me to call back so I did . The same woman answered the phone I explained to her that I didn' get a call back and she said the owner was away and would call me when he got back I said ok. A few minutes later the phone ran and I answered . This guy who said he's a manager started to speak with and anger in his voice asking why I kept calling when I only called up to follow up on the call I never got back. I explained that the food was really bad and I wanted to see how they would take care of the problem. The manager got really nasty with me and told me to go to Mcdonalds. I hung up and then took my grandson to taekwondo and there was the manager standing in the doorway and started up again with me wanting to no why I keep calling and no one was calling he started making a bunch of nasty remarks to me in front of the master and wouldn't let up I walk away from him and sat down for the class my grandson was to attend . Never in my life have I dealt with anything like this before. I don't know how he can be a manager of any business and act like that .

A real hidden gem!!! (Off a main road) Have done both.... dined in and ordered using Door Dash! Always consistently have enjoyed great meals and good service when dining in. Definitely a MUST STOP place when visiting the Poconos!!!

We were so excited to try this place out due to the ratings and I was shocked. The food was absolutely discussing. Out of 5 of, only 2 ate their food. They ate beans and rice and an order of quesadillas. We order the app of the chicharon and that was probably the best thing we ate. The plantains were really good. The kids chicken tenders were spoiled. I asked them to smell it and they wouldn’t. They also ran out of the advicado salad… We own several restaurants, and I know when something doesn’t smell right. The food lacked flavor in every way. The service was good. The building itself is not in good shape. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I should also mention that we came during lunch and did not order off the lunch menu.

Our family visited PA and this restaurant caught our eye. Unfortunately we were told we could not be seated due to a big party ahead of us which is understandable if there is no seating available how ever we told the waiter we could split up for faster service. They had the table arranged for the bigger party and 3 booths available for us. They said it was first come first serve but the other party was not in the restaurant and told us to wait outside while three empty booths were available. Service is a 0/10

There’s nothing to recommend this restaurant. The service was slow, the food was sub par, the menu is very limited…I really can’t find a positive to add. You’d be better off finding a different place to spend your money.
There is absolutely no way this place has that many raving reviews. Chicken enchiladas- terrible. The chicken was pure white and diced in tiny almost perfect cubes. Looked like chicken from a can or maybe cat food. Nachos had to be heated in a microwave. You can tell that they are thinning the beans with water by the way they flowed. Only the rice was almost decent.
