I enjoy visiting this awesome place! Whenever I get the chance to visit the poconos, I will stop in for their unique iced teas. I like the protein shakes after the gym. Def recommended. ?
The owners are the friendliest people, and this place is a such a positive vibe. The LIT teas get me through my crazy life everyday and don’t get me started on the pronuts (protein donuts) they are the BOMB! Don’t knock it until you try it, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

One Love Nutrition never fails to disappoint when it comes to their delicious shakes & teas. My only complaint is that sometimes the owner gives off a vibe that I’m almost..bothering her? This could also just be a me thing and in my head, but I love this place so much I hope that’s not the case!
