Ordered delivery online and was given an estimate of 21-31 minutes. Got a call after an hour that they did not have any drivers and offered me a 15% discount to pick it up, which I agreed to do. They had to redo my order since I had paid delivery fees and a tip. I would have been a bit less upset if they had once seemed apologetic for the inconvenience but they didn't seem to care much and in my opinion, 15% off wasn't enough of a discount to go pick up cold food.

Worse experience ever the woman was very rude and I don't even want to mention what I think she is! I was skipped by other customers and given absolutely no customer service from the woman she the manager by the way, she ignored me several times and at one point even went to take a call on her cell phone I will never revisit this location again! Her staff by the way was very nice, but for some reason she is the only person that could operate the register or take the order (speaking of the manager)

Do NOT order online for delivery. They NEVER have any drivers available. This Pizza Hut needs to be updated. The owner needs to come in and make some changes. The manager is always frantic probably cause they’re so short staffed and never have help. I love Pizza Hut pizza but the inside needs help and they need to have more staff. This place is going downhill.

Can I give it half a star or no star at all? The parking lot looked busy but it must’ve just been the employees because when we walked in there was only one table occupied and they we’re getting ready to leave. The woman that asked if we were eating in had just been out back smoking a cigarette and the waitress was too busy talking to seat us so we were told to just sit anywhere to the right. The restaurant smelled like old oil at a fair, the salad bar was pitiful. After we got our salads we had to go to the counter and ask for silverware. The waitress came back after 20 of us placing our order and said they were just now starting on the pizza and she didn’t know why. She never checked back with us to see how everything was till we were almost done even though we were the only people in there eating. We had to go up to the counter to pay because we never got our check. The restaurant was old looking, the salad bar had tacky decorations on the top (plastic water bottles with purple water and glitter in them) some kind of red flashing “toy” game in the corner and dust an inch thick with dead bugs in it on the window sills. Do not recommend it!!!
