Took my teenagers, and they enjoyed it
There will never be a summer that I'm not at Rita's a few times a week. The owner is so friendly and I've come to know him over the years so much so that once my kidsare of age, they'll be working there. They train their staff very well and to be always friendly. That's such an important thing for these young new workers to learn.
My husband is a die hard fan and so am I.

One way for handicapped person to access and if a car parks there handicapp or not no one else can use the ramp to access the place one car parked there blocks the handicapped entrance for everyone else

Worker, maybe he was the owner was not friedly,and very over priced compared to other ritas... this is the mt pocono one. Scranton and Hawley are so much better

very rude staff I called to ask if they were hiring a man answered then didn’t say anything and just hung up. I called back a girl answered She didn’t say anything, and I heard a man in the Background say hang up

Great service and staff.
Stopped in today for some gelati, asked for sprinkles and the gentleman who got our order for us put sprinkles on the top part of the custard AND the bottom bit of custard. Clearly that man knows what head doing!! Thanks so much!
Wonderful ice. Vanilla with root beer mixed is a family favorite.
