The Starbucks up Inn Mount Pocono located close to Walmart has been going downhill slowly. At first, they would make your coffees refreshers exactly how you’d like them. Now they don’t listen to what you request if you want extra flavor, extra inclusions or even certain milks or non-dairy items. The staff always seems so frustrated. Maybe they’re overwhelmed and overworked or they just don’t want to be there. For overly priced items, we all should be getting it how we ask for it, not getting charged extra to get the bare minimum less than what we request.

I love this Starbucks! It was very pleasant, very clean, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Perfect place to stop for the drive home. Thanks for making our Sunday morning so great!
Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich is great.
Dietary restrictions: They have varying milk choices and gluten free options, as well as sugar variations.
Parking: Very easy to find a parking spot here.
Kid-friendliness: They sell cake pops and it is easy to have a child friendly snack / meal / beverage purchased here.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs leading into the entrance and it is flat. Plenty of room for a wheelchair.
This morning, I ordered a venti cold brew through door dash. When it arrived it was leaking right through the bag. Someone decided to not put the lid on tight enough. It leaked all over my carpet. I drove to the store to tell them what happened. The re ordered and was told that it would be a 25 minute wait. I then ended up going through the drive through instead, ordered normally because if I told him what happened he probably would have sent me back inside. After I told him what happened the guy working the window gave me an attitude. I was then only refunded $5 from door dash when I paid $8 for the coffee. I have been going here pretty frequently but after today I will never go here again. Terrible service!!

My family and I are on vacation, so I told my wife, "Let's splurge a little. Let's go to Starbucks." we ordered two tall french vanilla lattes hot with hazelnut syrup. Delicious!!
