Worst experience at a subway location. Food is terrible and service is worse. Not sure if she was just the manager or the owner but the woman that was working was absolutely terrible and subway should be ashamed to do business with such an unpleasant and unprofessional person.
Always open late. 10:21 right now and they are open but not selling because she said she is prepping everything just now🤣joke
It’s 8:23 this lady standing here doing her make up. I said good morning she tells me oh we not open yet we not ready. It’s only you and the food is out but Ok continue doing your making up at 8:23 on the clock and laugh like I’m the fool
The food wasn’t bad, but the last 3 times i have been there this summer the staff have been terrible. The staff is either blasting music or on the phone, so they don’t hear or see you enter. When you finally wave them down and get their attention. The music is still playing or they stay on their phone. This leads to them not hearing a you and need to constantly repeat what you want on your order. At least say you’ll back hang up when you are attending customers.

13$ for a foot long with wilted lettuce is crazy.. what happened to 5 dollar foot longs and fresh ingredients? What a shame.

Closed an hour early. Decided to take my order but annoyed that somebody might get behind me. Didn't know what seafood and crab was. Waved her hands when I asked a question. I walked out and bought crappy Walmart subs. Never again.

The lady there is absolutely awful. I went to pay and gave her aged money and as I'm walking out decided to rip up the money. This was ridiculous, never again will they get my money.

I was so hungry that eating at a subway inside of a Walmart seems like a good idea. Of course a nearby camp was here as well and had about 20 people on line before me. Ugh. Such a long wait for a subway sandwich. Well I did it. And the sandwich was fine.
Kid-friendliness: Sure. Bring your kid here. It’s a subway in a Walmart.

It says online and on the storefront signs that they open 8am, staff was in there but when asked to take an order at 8:15am, she refused saying we’re not open yet come back later.
We are often told that they won't make a pick up order until you come in to pick it up. That defeats the purpose. I want to place the order, walk over, and go. If it's cold because I took too long, so be it.

I was there on 10/4/23 aprox 5:45 pm and the young gentleman, who was by himself was outstanding ! there were several people in front of me and he had mobile orders to do as well, and not once did he loose the smile or great personality that he has shown on several trips that i have made to this establishment. I work in a customer service field so i know a hard worker and great customer service when i see it ! this young man should be commended on his outstanding performance . He always treats his customers with the utmost respect and only hope it gets it in return !!

I went there this morning and the hispanic lady behind the counter was very rude, demanding, and slow at making everything. she was very stingy with the portions and the customer service was overall terrible. she was doing her job because she had to. halfway through me eating, the woman left the subway with no one behind the counter to go buy cereal inside the walmart. i left the subway hungry which never happens. the portions were so small. im never going back.

I just left that town with my two daughters and the animal that is there because it is not another short thing because my daughter was in front of the refrigerator she told her with all the attitude that she did not have to be there and when my daughter told her Why did I give her attitude? She told her that the door was open if she didn't like it and that I was a dirty bitch and that she was the owner of that place. And that is without mentioning that he does not change his gloves, he cleans the weight with the gloves and then prepares the food, with the same gloves that he takes the money to collect. All the bad news, warning words, were told to me by enzymes, my youngest daughter 14 years old with special conditions.
Kid-friendliness: My youngest daughter was nervous and scared.
Was waiting to order my food and the lady started to yell at me because I was in the wrong line telling me to go to hell to get out her store. The worst Customer service that I have seen in that place
