We are often told that they won't make a pick up order until you come in to pick it up. That defeats the purpose. I want to place the order, walk over, and go. If it's cold because I took too long, so be it.
I was there on 10/4/23 aprox 5:45 pm and the young gentleman, who was by himself was outstanding ! there were several people in front of me and he had mobile orders to do as well, and not once did he loose the smile or great personality that he has shown on several trips that i have made to this establishment. I work in a customer service field so i know a hard worker and great customer service when i see it ! this young man should be commended on his outstanding performance ....
