This has to be one of the worst Tavi Bells I have visited. They used to provide good food and service but they have fallen off the mark. My order was not correct, the staff doesn't seem to even acknowledge you because you order from a kiosk. Even when you are standing at a counter, all the employees have their back to you and don't interact unless they are giving you your food.

I’m a delivery driver. I went to pick up an order at 1:24, to which they told me they were giving out all of the orders and ran out of food and only had 2 people working. I asked if that meant they had the order for my customer and I was told “absolutely not”. How do you run out of all food? And maybe don’t stay open late if the store can’t handle fulfilling the late night orders. The whole interaction was unprofessional, rude, showed total incompetence on all counts, and cost me a $40 delivery.

We were on a motorcycle and ordered through drivethrough because lobby was closed and they cancelled the order because we were on a motorcycle. Just dont quite understand the logic behind that. But I'll never go back. Mt pocono is trash anyway

Ordered two tacos. Supremes with no lettuce, Received two tacos Supremes with lettuce. The standard of service has unbelievably declined . I don't know what's going on. Someone needs to fix that place. What a shame. Almost always my order is screwed up. Simple stuff , simply better to go someplace else .. a while back I gave them all five stars not anymore
Location is good near highway. But staff was really rude, they are talk very rudly and not responding at all. Food prepared and when i asked about the order, thay ignore and wait me for more than 1 hour to give me dine in order. I never recommned to go this location. As i am travelling to Canada. It was bad experience i ever had in USA. Because of unnes wait, my eta to reach canada changed 10 hours of driving from 8:30 hours.
NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION AT NIGHT TIME.
