Holy moly! The coffee is EXCELLENT (I got the pumpkin spice latte). The people here are very kind and the space is cozy. There are books, games, and good music. You can stay here to get some productive work done with access to WiFi OR relax and enjoy a meal. Lovely place with lovely people!

We visited just for a regular macchiato, and my wife had a “golden latte”, or something like that, which it was amazing.
We went back the next day for another round of golden latte.

Finally a New York style and level coffee shop! Great atmosphere, very kid-friendly and numerous food options. I came with kids 2 times, we were able to finish our schoolwork there, the owner offered us some games, my oldest son took some books from their cute little library and was really into it. Strongly recommend!

Great food, bad to-go service. First and foremost the food and beverages have great quality and would order again. However, with the lack of any names or numbers for orders, the staff “trusts” the honor system of customers determining which order is their own. The staff worked really hard to get all orders out but the system for dispersing is the friction point.
For future customers, don’t leave the counter until your order is fulfilled, especially if there’s anyone else placing similar orders at the same time. Overall good experience and would go again probably just not during any busy hours.
Data Metrics: Placed to go order at 10:40 am on a Sunday, left at 11:35 am with two coffees (came out first within 10 min), quiche (came out last after original was taken by other customer 55 min), croissant (second received 25 min), and smoothie (third and took 40 minutes). Additionally, this is one of the two busiest weekends for the Pocono region so this all may be temporary.
Possible Solutions: Disperse orders via name or number not item type.

This coffee shop is such a cozy little gem! It has the comfiest seats and adorable decor. I had a strawberry lemonade and an avocoda croissant. They were both delicious! I will definitely be going back. It's been added to my favorites list.
Food and coffee was really great, Baristas were pleasant. The area itself was very well curated and maintained. It was a little small on the inside but they maximized the seating as well as they could. Little bit on the pricier side but, it was really quality stuff.

We stopped here for a coffee and something to eat and we're glad that we did.
Their sweet orange latte was unique and delicious and their hot chocolate was very good as well.
We also tried their coconut macaroon cookie which was delicious, and their prosciutto arugula flatbread, which we loved.
Everything was great and they were extremely friendly and helpful with the menu (we had some dietary restrictions). It's a cute place too.
We like highly recommend The Mug Café!
