The Water's Edge Restaurant

First time here and we'll definitely return. We had the surprise 6 course dinner that lasted 2-5 hours. We sat by the window overlooking the small lake/pond. Every course was delicious. My only complaints paint was , if you're sitting for 2-3 hours the chairs could be a bit more comfortable ( ha ha). For $80 per person the value was excellent. Our waitress was excellent and it was her first day on the job. We were her third customer of the evening and she was very good. Next time I want to try the regular menu. There were so many things I would have liked to try but I don't regret the 6 course sample menu.

This is our must-go place every time we are in the Poconos. Amazing food and great service! Highly recommend!

First time here....we were looking for a special place to celebrate our 50th anniversary—and we found it! Thanks for an outstanding dining experience!

It took a little long for our waitress to greet us and there was a large noisy party right next to our table despite requesting a quiet table by the window, so we asked to be moved. Things seemed better after that. All the Food is excellent. Drinks as well. We love the property and would consider booking as a wedding venue. Overall we will visit again

We brought our son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. They have declared that they will drive 1 1/2 hours to come here again as it is now their favorite dining destination. My son ordered the N.Y. Strip steak. He said it was the best he has ever had. (And he is very picky). Everything we ordered was wonderful. And the desserts ! This is the place you will enjoy time and again. Food, service, ambiance.....5 star all the way!

Seated immediately upon arrival for our reservation. Waitress was polite and engaging. Appetizers and meals were timely and everyone's prepared perfectly. This fine dining restaurant is beautiful inside and comfortable for enjoying dinner with friends or family. The owner takes personal interest in the guests and greeted our party warmly and followed up to make sure we had an enjoyable evening. I highly recommend experiencing Water's Edge!

The service was outstanding! They were able to fulfil our request for a window seat and everyone was so kind and friendly. Our server was such a delight and made sure everything was perfect! Food was outstanding and worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a fabulous dinner here tonight with my sweetheart. Service, ambiance, entrees, wine, and desserts were all fabulous. Waitress Rachel was really nice. Both the chef and the owner visited our table. We'll be back. Bravo!

We enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary at Waters Edge. Rob & Dominick exceeded our service expectations. In addition, the food was outstanding. The mussels appetizer and the pork chop entree was hi end, major Metropolitan city quality. The creative cocktails were a bonus. We look forward to returning real soon. Took my wife here for an early birthday dinner and we were very impressed. The atmosphere, food, drinks, and service were top notch.

This was a wonderful place to spend my 5-year wedding anniversary with my husband. Rob, the manager, is such a sweetheart. He was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Our waitress, Ehrin, was attentive and served us very well! The Butternut Squash Arancini and the Tapas starter were the favorites of the evening. We also loved the sweet potato hash that was served with the Ribeye! Gorgeous setting. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire, especially on such a chilly evening. We will definitely come back!

Dietary restrictions: They worked around my daughters shrimp allergy for the sampler with no problems at all!

Very cozy well appointed place. Our server Dominic was excellent...the food outstanding...everyone in our party was thrilled..unfortunately we were so full and satisfied we didn't have dessert but will have to next time
