My hot prepared food is ALWAYS cold or barely warm. If it's just made as i order it, why are my fries always cold and burger warm? Rarely is my food hot. Ask for saltless fries and a new batch will be made hot.

Do not visit this location. Management (manager name: Alindo to be specific) is very rude and lack accountability or customer service skills. Employees are very rude and its as if no one who works there actually wants to be there. i wouldn't suggest this spot to anyone

Honestly the guy serving was awful. He was serving his friends and making others wait. He was rude and unprofessional. Would not even listen when asked for ketchup. Was told we were hard of hearing and still wanted us to walk away. He didn't want us to see his sneaking moves. He feed about 4 of friends and two family walked away. Honestly. 🤦🏻♀️

I forgot to note the managers name but she’s a middle aged woman with short dark hair and a heavy European accent. I’ve never seen such an efficient way to fill orders. Instead of printing out one long receipt with the 6 orders I had she instead printed out 1 receipt for every group of food items and laid them side by side on the counter with a bag in front of each one, and put all the fries in one bag, all the burgers in another, etc. When I inquired about the unorthodox method she explained that it makes it easy for the kitchen to fulfill orders efficiently and with less mistakes as they know it’s x amount of fries, x amount of burgers and x amount of drinks and don’t have to keep looking at the screen to see what items are missing. Once all the items were packed she put all the bags lined up neatly side by side in a larger paper bag with handles. When I got to the car and my wife saw it she was impressed with the efficient packing and distribution. I went back inside to get some more condiments and mention to her that my wife was impressed with her skills. She thanked me and smiled.

This location needs to be under new management,the registers don’t work,but the drive through does,we stood there for 35 minutes,not the first time for this either,really horrible!!!!

What are the chances I go to this Wendy’s twice and both were bad experiences?
One time the employee and the manager was arguing. The employee wants to take order but the manager said no and go back to make food. Customers were furious waiting for orders and we were waiting to get our order in. Took 25min to get our food. This time, the manager was rude. Can’t say name correctly and said “whatever” after my sister corrected her. Having our food on eat in instead of to go is the least of the problem. But tossing food in front of my face 15 feet into the garbage can was new one. The owner needs a new manager if they want it to survive for the long term.
The floors were extremely dangerously slick like they had been waxed or something (not just from the rain), the chicken sandwich was wet, there’s no changing table in the bathroom, the single highchair was sticky, the service was bad, there’s no WiFi and no phone signal, all around a really terrible location, but it does seem like most Wendy’s are like this now. Seriously though, the owner needs to do something about the floors and put in a changing table.
The staff is rude. They ignore you when you come in. and don’t want to take your order. They keep the building locked until God only knows what time it is now 9:10 And the building is still locked. When the Store hours are 6:30 AM till 2:30 AM figured the building would be unlocked by now
Customer service was great. He was able to take my crazy order with 8 people without messing it up
