I recently purchased a lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wing combo and had a very unsatisfactory experience with the food. The wings tasted as though the oil had not been changed, which resulted in a numbing sensation in my mouth shortly after consumption. Consequently, I discarded the 15 wings I had intended to enjoy for lunch. Furthermore, the fries had an unusual taste, as if brown sugar or another sweetener had been added. Over all Thumbs Down 👎

This place is failing because they refuse to staff it, they consistently take much longer than the advertised ETA and cannot plan around eating here, its a shame they wont fix this problem, it seems to be a major cause of their negative reviews.

Last night , I witnessed an altercation at this restaurant an employee tried to charge at the customer to attack the customer whose tone he didn't like I tried to calm it down but they clearly need security I had to call the police so unprofessional!!

My son and I stopped on for some wings. We love wings so we had decent expectations from the self proclaimed wing experts. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The sauces were great ! The wings were small... especially for the price. They took about a half hour for our wings to be brought out. The atmosphere was about as bland as it could be. Two people for $38 ... Disappointed.

Korean BBQ wings were very flavorful. Original hot were good but there are probably better choices. Will try Louisiana Rub and Garlic parm next time.

this place sucks!!!!! the worst wingstop i’ve ever dealt with. i’ve ordered 2 times on doordash. the first time they gave the dasher the wrong food and then refused to make it again. the second time they literally confirmed the order, the dasher was there waiting and they said they didn’t have the order and canceled it. on the app, it says order confirmed and preparing your order so clearly they saw it. they have horrible customer service and when you try and call, they never answer anyway. i’ll drive to stroudsburg from now on.
